It’s your choice whether you like this college or not.
Placements: Job placements are negligible here. Sometimes you get a job, and sometimes you don't. We cannot expect a direct job unless a job consultancy company takes our data and contacts us. For job purposes, I never recommend it to anyone. However, if you are doing any private professional courses like CA or are a businessman, it can be good for you.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is nice, and everything is available to students. They provide us with Wi-Fi, and the library is well-equipped. Everything is best. All events and extracurricular activities are organized in our college.
Faculty: Teachers here teach well, but they are never in the classroom. Before exams, they provide hints or mock tests. The first semester is very easy, but after that, the syllabus changes a little. If you are excellent, you can clear the exams easily. The pass percentage in the college is 70%.
Other: Students mainly take admission to this college because there is no such necessity to attend the college even if students are regular. It is a good college for those who pursue professional courses and jobs side by side. It helps them in getting a graduation degree.

Some say the college is good and has a peaceful environment.
Placements: Companies do not come for placements as we are in our second year. We will get the opportunity in the third year. The percentage of students placed is less than 1%. It is a government college, and there are only 1 or 2 companies that come. Less than 1% of people get an internship. The only benefits are that it is a government university and it has good value, but there are no placements.
Infrastructure: The college campus is huge compared to other colleges in the city of Saharanpur. We also have a huge court for basketball. The best thing about the college is the much better seating areas. As we all know, college means studying. Studying means books, and books means a library, which is good here.
Faculty: Teachers here are good enough. The course is also good. The books are quite tough, but the overall exam pattern is good. We have physics, chemistry, and maths in our B.Sc. Physics classes are not taken regularly by the faculty. Our maths teacher is good because he takes class regularly and his teaching methods are good.
Other: I think a B.Sc. is the basic course. A career after a B.Sc. is quite difficult, but the opportunities after a master's degree become wide.

Review of J.V. Jain College, Saharanpur.
Placements: Placements were not provided by the college side. Companies do not visit the college to hire students. The college provides internships. In internships, government students got a stipend of Rs. 3,000 per month, and private students got a stipend of Rs. 13,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not provided by college management but many rent rooms are easily available outside the college. Facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. Most of the classrooms are in very bad condition. Food is also normal.
Faculty: Teachers here teach well but they are never in the classroom. Before exams, they give hints or mock tests. The first semester is very easy but after that, the syllabus changes a little, and if you are excellent, then you can clear the exams easily. In the college, the pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I chose this college because the fee structure of this college is affordable for my home condition. So I choose this college. Our course is very simple so I choose this course. If students want to complete B.Sc then they choose this college. It provides a scholarship for both types of students like government or private.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the placements and faculty.
Placements: The percentage of students placed is less than 1%. It is a government college, and there are only 1 or 2 companies that come. Less than 1% of people get an internship. The only benefits are that it is a government university and it has good value, but there are no placements.
Infrastructure: In terms of facilities and infrastructure, J. V. Jain is almost 17 acres and provides a good library facility for students. It has a good playground. The only thing is that the facility is fully provided, but the college didn't give us an opportunity to use it.
Faculty: Teachers are just like every other government teacher. They didn't teach us anything. We studied for ourselves. The course curriculum is relevant and it is easy to pass a semester at this college. The level of the paper is not hard. The exam can be passed after reading the book.
Other: I chose B.Com because I am a commerce student and I found B.Com a better option. The best thing about our course is that it combines accounting and finance, and I am interested in finance. I don't think that there should be any changes to this course, but the only change that is needed is that we need an internship to develop ourselves. The campus organise events from time to time and also provides scholarships to students.

The college is quite good for students who do not have enough money to study.
Placements: Companies don't come for placements as we are in our second year. We will get the opportunity in the third year.

J. V. Jain College - Reviews on placements, faculty members, and facilities.
Placements: The placements at this college are not good, but other colleges may provide good placement cell. They do not provide opportunities to the students. All the general courses are available at this college, but they are not good. Students do not get the best opportunities.
Infrastructure: In this college, the classrooms are good, but there are fans and ventilation problems. The ground is good and green. The library does not provide good books to the students. They have to rely on outside shops. The college is good at sports. The food served in the canteen is also good. Medical facilities are also available at this college.
Faculty: Teachers here teach well but they are never in the classroom. Before exams, they give hints or mock tests. The first semester is very easy but after that, the syllabus changes a little. If you are excellent, then you can clear the exams easily. In the college, the pass percentage is 70%.
