MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Registrations for each MAT exam phase start a month earlier. Candidates can also take re-tests in the same academic session if they are not happy with their scores.

Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) Bangalore offers a two-year PGDM course. The total seat intake for this course is 420, which is inclusive of all PGDM specialisations . Find below the specialisations-wise seat intake for PGDM course offered at JAGSoM Bangalore:

Aspirants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria and shall submit the application before the deadline. Candidates who pass a UG degree with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. Students must take the JAGMAT exam to take admission. In addition to the JAGMAT conducted for selection, a 30-minute indoor GE session is also conducted in groups of six to eight candidates. This is followed by a PI session after accessing the work experience and academic record of the student that leads to final admission. Additionally, candidates are also required to submit the scores of either CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ NMAT and more.

For admission to PGDM course at JAGSoM, candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Yes, JAGSoM offers MBA/PGDM course in collaboration with multiple international universities located in USA and France. The institute offers a two-year International MBA/ PGDM in International Business with its Global Business School partners, which is a dual degree course. Following are the details of the universities, where students can pursue this course:

The total seat intake for this course is 60. Students have to study the first year of the course at JAGSoM Bangalore, for that, scholarships are also given to students. However, the second year will be taught at the respective global business schools. Admission to the International PGDM course is done based on valid scores of NMAT and MHCET (For International MBA only). Candidates also have to qualify IELTS and TOEFL as per the requirement of the respective global schools.
