The institute offers a two-year International MBA/ PGDM in International Business with its Global Business School partners, which is a dual degree course. The total seat intake for this course is 60. Students have to study the first year of the course at JAGSoM Bangalore, for that, scholarships are also given to students. However, the second year will be taught at the respective global business schools. Admission to the International PGDM course is done based on valid scores of NMAT and MHCET (For International MBA only). Candidates also have to qualify IELTS and TOEFL as per the requirement of the respective global schools. Candidates also have an option of pursuing PGDM with the following super specialisations in partnership with the following Business Schools:

Candidates are selected based on a valid score of JAGMAT, which is an in-house aptitude test of JAGSoM. Additionally, candidates are also required to submit the scores of either CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ MHCET & NMAT (Only for International MBA). Further, candidates will have to sit for Group Discussion for a duration of 30 minutes and a two-round Personal Interview (PI) will also be conducted to select the candidates for JAGSoM PGDM course. After accessing the work experience and academic record of the candidates will lead to final admission. The admission process for PGDM is inclusive of the following three steps:

The ASP across programs comprises the following steps,  except that the PGDM General applicants are not required to appear for JAGMAT:

1: JAGMAT and/or Psychometric Test: JAGMAT

2: Candidates must register for ASP on JAGSoM's official website.

3: An interview round will be conducted by a faculty member. The duration of the interview is approximately 15-30 minutes per candidate.

MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Registrations for each MAT exam phase start a month earlier. Candidates can also take re-tests in the same academic session if they are not happy with their scores.
