Jhargram Raj College is a beautiful college.
Placements: The maximum number of students in our department and college get government and company jobs. I got to know that a second-year senior student got the highest paid job at Delhi, and the salary is around Rs 75,000 per month. Students with the science background can get jobs anywhere. Even I am also a primary teacher.
Infrastructure: Jhargram Raj College provides all types of facilities. High-speed Broadband wi-fi connection is available here. The library is very big and good. Classrooms are very calm and natural. Laboratory for science students for individual subjects is available. Two boy's hostels and one girl's hostel is available. The girl's hostel is very good and beautiful. I stayed here for three years during my graduation.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Almost all the faculty members have degrees like PhD, M.A, etc. Madams are very supportive, and they motivate us as elder sisters do. I think student to faculty members ratio is 30:1. Our faculty member's teaching quality is awesome, and they provide us high-quality study materials so that we can score more marks. The course curriculum is very useful and helpful.
Other: Events like Fresher's welcome, picnic, tour, 25th December celebration, Saraswati, Pujo are held at my college. NCC and NSS are available as extracurricular activities. Scholarships for poor and category base hostel students are provided.
