The institute follows a Swiss curriculum for its courses and enables the transfer of credits to study and work in Switzerland in their final year. JSHM Vadodara Courses

Jindal School of Hotel Management offers four courses in partnership with programme-specific organisations. Candidates willing to seek admission in any of Jindal School of Hotel Management courses can go through the details given below:

Hotel & Tourism Management: It is a part-time two-and-a-half-year dual certification programme along with a five-month paid internships. On its successful completion, students are entitled to a diploma degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management recognised by César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland and BBA degree in Hotel & Tourism Management accredited by Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, Gujarat.

Hotel Management: It is also a three-year diploma degree, comprising six semesters. It is a full-time programme, offered in collaboration with American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), USA. Upon completion of the programme, students can opt for employment or higher studies with the help of JSHM’s training and placement cell.

Hotel & Restaurant Management: It is a two-year part-time diploma degree programme with a Swiss curriculum. The course is recognised by César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland and is spread across six terms of 11 weeks each. At the end of this programme, students can either choose to graduate with Swiss Diploma in India or pursue further studies with Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a transferrable credit system.

3-month Food production Craftsman Programme: It is a full-time three-month certificate programme for Class 10 pass-outs. The course is offered in partnership with AHLEI, USA.
