I like this college because of the good faculty and the availability of all labs.
Placements: I don't know, as I am not a senior at the college. I am currently studying in the 2nd year, so I need to consult my seniors for this section. I think only about 30% of students get placements in this college, but I'm not sure. Please don't take this as certain. I'm just sharing what I have heard.
Infrastructure: Labs and classes are good, but we have to make some adjustments. The college has a temporary address, as it is not permanent yet. The infrastructure is being built at another location. Currently, we are in a government degree college, and it is okay to stay here for now.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and teaches classes in an understandable way. Visual classes are conducted by faculty, which makes learning easier for some students. They also teach using the blackboard. So, I like this college.

I was absolutely not happy about the campus, hostel, and college infrastructure.
Placements: The placement here in this college is not good. Currently, there are no placements, and there are very few on-campus placements, which are not so good as of now. While many colleges have good placements, here, there is no such placement training, and they don't provide the courses as of now.
Infrastructure: A big problem is that there is no campus at all in this college. While other colleges compete for big campuses and a large campus environment for students, this college is in a place where we don't have many amenities, and many students struggle with the hostels as they are very far and tough to go to daily.
Faculty: The faculty members here are the only good thing. They are not excellent. Some of them teach well, while some of them don't teach well. They somehow try to make students understand the topics, but the curriculum is old-fashioned and not very helpful.
Other: I am from the ECE department, and I think this course is decent, and many can take it if they think creatively.

Q:   Can I customize the BTech Textile Engineering syllabus based on my interests?
A:

When it comes to the customization of the B Tech Textile Engineering syllabus, the core subjects leave no such scope, as they are foundational subject modules that you need to compulsorily study during the coursework journey to get hold of the important concepts and workings of the textile field.

Coming to the elective subject choices, you do have some room for customization, as you can choose the subjects as per your interests and basic understanding, the subjects that are scoring, easy to understand, and align with your future goals.
