Yes, it is possible to get admission to Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science B.E./B.Tech course without TS EAMCET. The institute also allows 30% management quota that means student admissions are done based on proficiency percentage of the examination 10+2 or equivalent. To qualify, candidates must have attained a mark of 45 % in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. However, JEE Main scores are also considered for admission at the institute as well. The management quota seats are filled as per the merit of the candidate and fees of around INR 90,000 per annum is charged to the students while students appeared in the TS EAMCET have to pay INR 35,000 per annum.

Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidates must have passed 10th examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or from any other recognised board in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidate must have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared are also eligible. |
