Good and simple for the students who have to study B.Tech.
Placements: 80% students are placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys. Around 75% students from our course have secured an internship in the last academic year. The student has been placed in big companies and domain based programmes. Machine learning, Software Development, and Data Analytics.
Infrastructure: The quantity of food in the mess and the canteen is very good and satisfactory. The hostel infrastructure was well maintained and clean. Security arrangements are made for safety purposes. Medical facilities, such as basic healthcare, are provided inside the campus. Sports also play a major role on our campus.
Faculty: Good faculty and good maintenance of the system in the lab. Teachers in our college are highly educated and they are post graduates. Some teachers use modern techniques like case studies and interactive communication between the students, which makes the students learn more engagingly with each other.
Other: A lot of coding programs conducted, and sports also.

An average college, and I'm not satisfied with the previous placements and the infrastructure.
Placements: 7-10 numbers are placed. The highest salary package is 6 lakhs, the average package is 2.5 lakhs, and the lowest package is 1.2 lakhs per annum. TCS and Infosys are the top recruiting companies for your course. No student from your course got internships. Top role offered is related to hackathons.
Infrastructure: I am currently attending an average college, and I am not satisfied with the previous placements. The infrastructure is low and the facilities are average. Sports opportunities are limited, and there are no medical facilities. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is average. There is no proper lab faculty.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but they often show a lack of motivation in their work. They could improve if they focused more on us. Currently, the pass percentage in our class is 55%, and only about 20 out of 60 students have managed to pass. Many students struggle to maintain a good focus on their studies.
Other: I have been interested in computer science and AI/ML since my school days. Our college has various events, festivals, etc. The campus crowd is good. The college connectivity is good. Surroundings are good. A scholarship facility is available. Extracurricular activities are held.

Please do not join my college.
Placements: In my college, only a small percentage of students get placed due to limited placement opportunities. The highest package offered is 12 LPA per annum, while the lowest package is 2.5 LPA per annum. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Mahindra. The CSE department has the highest placement rate in the college.
Infrastructure: In my college, better facilities are provided, such as clean drinking water, good infrastructure, well-equipped labs, classrooms, and a library. However, the hostel food is worse compared to other colleges. The canteen is small, medical facilities are less, and there are no sports or games.
Faculty: Faculty members in my college are well-educated, skilled, and knowledgeable. However, the teaching quality is only average. Semester exams are conducted well, and the pass percentage in our college is 55. In my college, industry-related courses have higher fees for different categories. I do not recommend joining my college.

Strong academic foundation with scope for curriculum update.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students participated in campus recruitment. The highest package in our college is 9 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Students were offered jobs in companies like Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, and Oracle. Roles in these companies include software developer, data analyst, and QA engineer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious, equipped with whiteboards, projectors, and comfortable seating arrangements with tables for students. There are dedicated computer labs with up-to-date, internet-enabled systems for academic use. Seminar halls are used for guest lectures and various events.
Faculty: The faculty members in our department are usually qualified, approachable, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They provide regular guidance to students in their subjects. The course curriculum is more relevant to current industry needs, especially in the IT sector. It includes foundational subjects as well as electives and mini-projects.
Other: I chose EEE due to my strong interest in practical work, labs, technology, and the growing demand in the job market. The course offers solid theory and practical experience, with a well-structured syllabus that includes core and elective subjects. The college organizes technical events, cultural events, and annual day celebrations.
