The happiest environment to study.
Placements: We did not require any help from the placement team for finding out internships because it was a busy city with enormous opportunities, and looking for candidates to work with them. Yet, colleges find a lot of impressive companies with the best package results like average package above 5 LPA to 8 LPA only.
Infrastructure: It was a private institution that was established more than 50 years ago, still looks like a new one with frequent renovations carried out. Our college offered post-graduate and undergraduate courses in various specialisations like humanities, arts, and science.
Faculty: Professors were highly exposed to the industrial sectors which should be useful for the students to grow and connect with industrial people and their updated technologies. Professors were the incharge of academic results, so they evaluated the papers more liberally to make them on the safe side.

Other: Amidst of a busy and happening area like Koramangala, our college campus is maintained very well with a big area surrounded by greenery which makes one feel very comfortable. Though a Women's College, we are given every possible opportunity to nurture our talents in all activities other than the regular academic curriculum. If there were a better infrastructure available, I wouldn't mind calling it one of the best colleges in Bangalore, which I hope will improve in the coming years. Our batch had less number of students because of which I think this led to many good things like for the lecturers being able to concentrate on each student and know each of our strengths and weaknesses, and the bad thing was because of less manpower we found a little hard to organize intercollegiate events like Enthios, MCA Department Fest.

My review about this college.
Placements: Internships are provided in the 2nd year of the course during the holidays. There are good placement opportunities depending on the opportunities provided by the companies and on the requirements with the regular 3-4 rounds of interviews by companies. But make sure you have maintained good aggregate, and no backlogs will give you a lot of opportunities. Huge companies always have an eye on JnC so it is a good platform for those who are seriously concerned about their careers. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA this year. The least being 1.5 LPA. To conclude, the placements are not as expected here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, while the complete concentration is on learning. But the syllabus was old. Now being updated with good labs and infrastructure as required. Hostels and mess are great with good warden. All the students feel very comfortable and secure in the JNC hostel. It is hassle-free and there is no trouble to go out for enjoyment. Even all the required stalls can be found just outside the gate. It is more interesting to stay in hostels and it also gives you the best time with friends.
Faculty: As said before, the faculty is amazingly good. They are very polite, very friendly, and helpful. They are always there for us to help out, especially during the project work. The faculty here in this college is all professional and are very well educated. We have something called Class Tests, Mid Semester, and then comes Final Semester. It's all one after the other. As soon as your college starts, we have class tests within a month, then presentations begin, and then Mid Semester commences and projects or assignments, and then finally End Semester. It is never tough to learn and get good placements as well. There are friendly people. Interactive sessions are interesting.
