Good faculty, decent placements, and a supportive campus with solid CSE facilities

Placements: I am from the 2022–2026 B.Tech CSE batch of Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science for Women, where around 85–90 percent of students in our course are successfully placed. The highest package offered is around 12–18 LPA, with an average package of 3.5–5.5 LPA and the lowest around 2.4–3 LPA. Top recruiters for our batch included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, IBM, Amazon, and several reputed IT companies. Nearly 60–70 percent of students also secured internships through the college or external platforms in companies such as TCS.

Infrastructure: The CSE department at Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science for Women offers well-equipped facilities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and modern computer labs. The faculty is good, but there is no placement.

Placements: 80% of students got placed in our course, the highest package of our courses, 20 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Google, Flipkart, and foreign companies. Many students got internships from our courses in big companies. Top roles offered are testing, managing, etc.

Infrastructure: The library available classrooms are clean and neat, and the labs we can do anything, they will teach everything. The canteen is good, and we play many games, sports, and cultural activities in our college. The faculty is good. They provide Wi-Fi and a net, and also xerox to read. The courses are very good. They are useful for the students for a bright future, and helpful, but they choose it because it's trending.

Faculty: Our teachers help and guide us so much that's why we can gain knowledge for our technical skills. We should work harder for semester exams because it is too difficult, but we are going to college, the teachers are very nice, our faculty, that's why we will pass easily with a good percentage.

Other: I chose this course because it is general; we can learn everything from it, and the best thing is that it is a very important and trending course. It is better to improve in our courses, learn new topics, and new things.

Dissatisfied because of placements and infrastructure. No proper skill development guidance.

Placements: Till now no one has been placed from our batch. No placements till now. No companies came to recruit. 20 percent of students got internship in the ICT academy. Software developer, system engineers, and testers are the main roles offered in our course, that is from CSE..

Infrastructure: In our college, there is limited Wi-Fi connection in sufficient labs and classrooms. We also have a library where all types of books are available. No hostel facility, we usually stay outside the college hostels. We also have a medical room and a sports room. The college also conducts sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and teaching quality is also good. Semester exams are difficult, and the pass percentage of the students is 85 percent. Our course is curriculum relevant because it covers all core subjects like Programming Languages, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

It is very good that I have friends. Faculty members are also good here.

Placements: All software companies visit the college for placements after completing four years. We should get a good percentage and pass in all subjects. The top role offered is only computer science engineering.

Infrastructure: Our labs have all things required for practicals. Classrooms are also good, and the library. There is no Wi-Fi. There is no Wi-Fi connection. But the labs have individual rooms. It has separate labs like chemistry, physics, electrical, English, Python, C programming and there are many upcoming labs.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they will motivate students in many ways to score a good percentage in exams. I am not sure, as it depends only on our grades and the percentage we get. The semester is the hardest and toughest thing in engineering, and it is very stressful for us. In a semester, we have to study really hard.

Other: The best thing is that I want to get a computer software job, and I want to learn about coding. I like systems, and I am interested in computers only, so I chose this course. I wish that with my rank, I would get my seat in a better college. The Telangana government also provides scholarships. The course I chose is computer science and engineering in B.Tech. The rank I got in EAMCET is 51,000, and it will easily get whatever course we want if we get a rank in the low, and if it is above lakhs, then chances are low.

Placements: 75% placement was provided. 3.6 LPA is the average package offered in my course. Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, TCS, and BPO companies are some of the companies for the course. 75% of students got internships from our college with companies like Tech Mahindra, Zycus, and Internshala. Systems Engineer, Associate Engineer, and Support Engineer are the roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure for labs and classes. It has all facilities for labs and equipment to do projects. It has also a hostel facility for the students and it is well designed with comfortable furniture. It also provides a Wi-Fi facility for students. Good food is available at the canteen. Also sanitizes regularly to clean and green. Provides quality food for the hostelers. Clean and Well furnished mess and hostel rooms. Digital classrooms are available for students for a better understanding of the courses. Good medical facilities are available and good security at the campus.

Faculty: Faculty come with immaculate corporate experience besides academic experience. They are always up to date to meet the requirements of the courses. Exams are well in the course to update the knowledge of the course to the students. There will be practical and written exams about the courses to gain more knowledge and command in the courses.
