Good faculty, decent placements, and good infrastructure with AC.
Placements: Internships are not very good. Startup companies come for internships, but they usually do not offer stipends. For placements, companies like the Big 4 visit the campus, but there are very few vacancies. Internship opportunities are usually offered in HR and marketing roles. Consultancy roles are also available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The new building has air-conditioned classrooms, and the old building has coolers. The canteen food is okay, but it is not always hygienic. The sports facilities are amazing, as the college organizes Sports Day and various staff-related activities to promote good health.
Faculty: Faculty is helpful. Whenever you have a doubt, they explain and clear all your doubts. They are also strict about attendance. Faculty always takes tutorial classes and rarely misses them. Even if there is an event, classes are still conducted because teachers are dedicated to teaching us.

Dissatisfied because of average placement, faculty, and infrastructure.
Placements: My college has more than 140 students of my course in the current batch. About 50-60 percent of them got placed. 40-50 percent of students got internships. The average package is about 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, PwC, Goldman Sachs, etc. Top roles offered include marketing head, associate, manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the old building of the college is fine, with non-conditioned classrooms. Labs are well-equipped and the college also has Wi-Fi. Canteen food is average. Hostel is not provided by this college. The new building, which was just made a few years ago, is well-equipped with air-conditioned rooms. The college does renovation when it seems fit.
Faculty: Faculty is top-notch for a few subjects, whereas a few lag behind in knowledge and teaching. I think this course is relevant as it gives students a diverse perspective about business, marketing, taxation, etc. Semester exams are not that difficult if you have the right faculty. They are quite easy, and we have a 90 percent pass percentage.
Other: The crowd of the college is quite nice and from diverse places, which makes interaction quite helpful and knowledgeable. Fests are also nice, and various society fests and other events do happen. Face painting, happiness day, etc., also happen in college to get stress-free.

KNC has the most vibrant life among all the DU Colleges.
Placements: The best thing about KNC is that it doesn't have too many students like other DU colleges. So, since the strength is less, we get more opportunities, and our placements cell ensures that at least everyone gets a fair chance, and the rest depends on students' own skill set. Still, around 30-40 percent of B.Com (programme) students are placed at KNC every year.
Infrastructure: The ground floor of the academic block has an emergency medical room, and our canteen is also there. There are two other stalls too and thus one doesn't have to go out if they are feeling hungry. Likewise, students don't have to go home early or out for studies as our huge library has almost all the books and a very good and maintained study area as well.
Faculty: PhD is like a common degree among our professors, and for the first time in my life have I seen so many doctorates at one place. Along with this, a beneficial corporate experience too is what they hold, and thus they have bridged the gap between industrial work and how the theory of academics helps in that.
Other: KNC has an all-year paced schedule with events, and the crowd is just too good.

Kamala Nehru is a decent college, and with good efforts and dedication, it's totally worth it.
Placements: The placements for the B.Com program in my college are average. Approximately 25 percent of students got placed from the B.Com program, as of my knowledge. The highest package is 7 LPA and average is 3 LPA. The internship percentage is good almost all students who put effort in avail an internship.
Infrastructure: The college campus is not so big, but it's cosy. The library and other labs are really good. Kamala Nehru College doesn't provide hostel facility. The infrastructure has been recently developed by the college, and a new academic block has been built, which is air-conditioned and really good.
Faculty: Teachers of the commerce department are really good and helpful, and the best part is they are experienced and guide accordingly. The course curriculum is, I would say, above average. I think more practical subjects must be introduced. Semester exams are not so tough. The passing percentage is good.

I'm yet to explore the college more to give it a short headline that summarizes it.
Placements: As a second-semester student, I am not well-versed with the current year's placement percentage, but a good pool of companies come in order to give jobs and internships. Just a few months back, a career fair also took place where students could interview for the same.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure can improve a lot. My department has a strength of 72, and no sections are divided. The chairs and tables fall short in the class. No air conditioning in classes and the library. The library is peaceful but way too hot during the summer. Wi-Fi is provided and works well on the ground and first floors of the building.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are qualified and teach well. The curriculum is up to date, but I think it lacks the content that is needed in the real-life job environment. The exams are not that hard, but time management is a component that matters during the examination.
Other: I chose the course because I wanted a degree related to my field. The college can induce some hands-on and practical activities that make us ready for the job environment. Events do take place every other day, something is happening in the college. Connectivity is also good, the college is on the main road. For extracurricular activities, we have societies that keep on organizing some or the other event.

Comfortable campus, experienced faculty, and an overall satisfying academic experience.
Placements: Placements for B.Com (Hons) at Kamala Nehru College are fairly good for a regular DU college. Around 60 to 70 percent of students who actively apply through the placement cell manage to secure placements or internships. The highest package usually goes up to around 7- 8 LPA, the lowest is around 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA, and the average is about 4- 5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Wipro, and several start-ups visit the campus. Many students also get internships in finance, marketing, and consulting roles. The placement cell is supportive, but proactive students achieve better results.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Kamala Nehru College is simple but comfortable for everyday academic use. Classrooms are clean, airy, and equipped with basic facilities like projectors and fans. The library does not have air conditioning, but it has fans and coolers and stays quiet enough to study peacefully. The Wi-Fi works most of the time, though the speed can vary. The college does not provide a hostel, so students usually stay in PGs and flats in nearby areas like Siri Fort and Kailash Colony. The canteen is affordable and popular, and the overall campus environment feels safe, green, and welcoming.
Faculty: The faculty for B.Com (Hons) at Kamala Nehru College is experienced and generally very supportive. Most teachers explain concepts clearly, use real examples in class, and are approachable after lectures for doubts. The curriculum is the standard DU structure, which is quite relevant and covers finance, accounting, marketing, and economics well enough to prepare students for internships and placements. Semester exams are manageable if you stay consistent, though internal assessment and attendance can get stressful at times. The overall pass percentage is high because teachers genuinely help students understand the syllabus instead of just making them memorise.
Other: The crowd at Kamala Nehru College is friendly, confident, and welcoming, with students from many different backgrounds. The campus has a peaceful vibe with a lot of greenery and feels safe throughout the day. Events and fests are quite active, especially department fests, cultural functions, and society activities. Societies like dance, drama, fashion, and debating are very popular and give you many opportunities to participate. The canteen and Nescafé area are always lively spots to hang out with friends. Since it is a South Campus college, connectivity to the metro station and nearby markets is easy. Overall, campus life is enjoyable.
