My Kanpur institute of technology review .
Placements: Approximately 90% of students are placed on campus. TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and many more big companies visited colleges for campus placement. The highest package is INR 20 LPA, and the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA. The average package is INR 3.5 LPA. Placement is totally dependent on your skills and knowledge. In terms of placement, our college ranks average. There is no internship provided by the college; you can get your own.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on campus. The college is very strict about maintaining the rules and decorum of the college; they impose heavy fines on those students who break the rules of the college. Labs and classrooms are well maintained and neat and clean as well. The facilities provided for the hostelers are quite amazing. Inside the badminton court, there is Wi-Fi, and medical facilities are available 24 hours a day. Mess food quality is awesome and hygienic as well. They provide you with four meals a day. Hostel fees are INR 69,000, including mess.
Faculty: KIT has the best faculty and teaching staff as compared to other private colleges. Many teachers are Ph.D. holders. The teaching method is great; they clear all your doubts related to that particular subject. Many are passout students of the college; they are toppers in a particular subject, so they start teaching as an assistant professor. Colleges conduct many exams, like sessional, CT, etc. If you give all exams and clear with good marks, you will definitely get a good percentage in the board exam. The university exam was conducted within 4 to 5 months.
Other: UDBHAV AND ENGENIUS are the yearly and main fest of the college. UDBHAV is a fresher party for welcoming juniors to our college, and ENGENIUS is a day fest.
