April 7, 2025: The M.A. Psychology students from KIIT School of Liberal Studies recently undertook an industrial visit to Kolkata, gaining firsthand exposure to Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations. The visit, led by Dr. Shubhangi Goswami, was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.
A key highlight of the trip was a visit to Vikram Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Falta, West Bengal. Students observed the meticulous process of solar panel manufacturing, gaining an understanding of the renewable energy industry. They also participated in an interactive discussion with Mr. Abhijit Lal Roy, Senior HR Advisor of Vikram Group and Vikram Solar, who shared thought-provoking insights on the evolving HR landscape.
