Xavier University BA course admission is conducted online. The selection is based on the applicant’s scores in the last qualifying exam. Step 1: Xavier University BA Application Process 2025

The eligible applicants can proceed with the application formalities. The mode of application is online. Candidates must submit their application fee along with the admission fees for the BA course. They will be notified via email about the acceptance of the application form. The following are the steps of the Xavier University BA application process:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website: www.xub.edu.in

Step 1.2: Create an account by providing personal details, such as mobile number, valid email ID, etc.

Step 1.3: Upload the documents in the required format

Step 1.4: Pay the admission fee and submit the form.

Step 2: Selection Round

Xavier University considers Class 12 scores. Candidates seeking admission to the BA must qualify for all the selection rounds to be eligible for the course. The selection criteria include merit screening and PI rounds. The selected candidates then proceed with the next admission round.

Step 3: Merit List and Counselling

The university releases a merit list as on the performance of the candidates in the selection round. The short-listed candidates are invited for the counselling round. After the verification of the documents, they need to pay the fee to confirm their seats. The tuition fee for the BA course ranges from INR 5.2 lakh to INR 6.7 lakh.

The Xavier University provides merit-based scholarships to the candidates applying for the BA programme. Those candidates who wish to avail the scholarship have to fulfil the specific eligibility criteria, which determine the percentage of the tuition fee waiver. • Candidates with a 90% aggregate in Class 12 are offered a 50% course/tuition fee waiver during admission. This offer continues if candidates secure at least an 8.0 CGPA in each of the subsequent years.
• Meritorious scholarships are also granted to the topper of each university course at the end of the year, which leads to a course/tuition fee waiver of 50%.
• Three candidates from SC, ST, economically backward, or minority categories are also provided with a 50% course/tuition fee waiver.
