Amazing campus! Management could be better.

Placements: 98% placements are there in the college. Lots of good companies came for recruitment. Almost everyone gets placed. Companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, PWC, KPMG, Swiggy, Zomato, Bluestone, ANZ etc. visit the college. The highest package was around 14 LPA and the lowest was around 6LPA. 100% students get internships. Internships are known as business immersion programmes. Marketing and data analytics are the most offered roles.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. All the facilities available. Mess food us a little bit problematic but apart from that, the classrooms, labs and campus are good. Especially, the night view is the best. Medical facilities are provided.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and the course curriculum is relevant. Practical knowledge is given to the students. My course was PGDM with Marketing as my major specialisation and Operations as minor. Semester exams are not very tough. If you understand everything from the start then it will not be a problem for you.

Other: Lots of events, seminars and games take place in the campus. There is no place to play games but the campus is too large. Connectivity is a major issue in the hostel. Apart from this, everything is good. Also, the management is a little bit slow.

Perfect college for PGDM in Pune. It provides very good placement opportunities.

Placements: Kirloskar provides very good placement opportunities. Above 90 percent of students get placed here. The average package of this college is 5.5 Lacs and the highest package of this year is 17.5 Lacs and the lowest package is 3.5 Lacs. This college just doesn't focus on bringing companies in the college, they focus more on making students ready for the placement process. They arrange personality development classes for students, aptitude classes and mock interviews. Companies like Deloitte, KPCL, PWC, KPMG, Moodys visit our campus for recruitments. College provides internships to all the first-year students with very good internship projects and stipend. The companies which visit our college for placements offers us two roles first is sales and second is business development.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is excellent. We get all the necessary facilities here. We have very well maintained and equipped classrooms. Each classroom has a projector. We have two lecture hall also where industry leaders come and deliver lectures. We have a big library which has all the books that are required in the PGDM course. It too has business magazines, newspapers, articles etc. By the side of the library, we have a reading room where we can sit and read. Kirloskar College has two labs one is equipped with high processors computers and this lab is used for business analytics. The second one has more than 100 computers and in this lab classes like excel, advanced excel, R language are taken. The quality of mess food is very good and it is hygienic also. We don't get similar food daily we have a proper menu for a week and accordingly we get food. All the essential medicines are available in the hostel and even on each evening doctor visit our campus. We play all indoor and outdoor games here. We have a basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court and table tennis.

Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive and they all are Ph.D. holders. They have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in the corporate world. Faculty members of this college focus more on practical learning rather than just on bookish knowledge. They share their life experiences with us and tells us how to handle situations in corporate. They always guide us in our academics and In our lives. The course curriculum of this college is very managed. We have all the important subjects like consumer behaviour, business law, sales management, service management all these are very important and students must have knowledge about them before entering into a corporate world. The topics that are included in the course are of great importance.

Kirloskar Institute of Management, Pune - A boon for MBA graduates.

Placements: Majority of the students got recruited from college. Top companies, like Infosys, Accenture, etc., offer jobs here. Many students also opt for further studies. I'm in the first year, so I don't know much about placements. But many good companies offer good jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is the best. Surroundings near our college make a perfect environment for studies. Hostel rooms are very good and clean, and the cleaning staff clean the college daily. Rooms have separate study table and cupboard for students. We have very good connectivity of Wi-Fi on our campus. Classrooms in our college are very well-equipped and constructed. The library is huge and has all the important books that are required in our course. Sports activities are held regularly in college. We have a basketball court, volleyball court, table tennis and many other indoor games.

Faculty: We have very good faculty staff. We have inhouse as well as visiting faculty members. They are very supportive. They help us in each possible way. They focus more on real-life situations which are happening in the corporate world and by giving such examples they teach us. They all have great knowledge in their respective domains and their teaching skills are excellent.

Overall A Good Option to Opt for.

Placements: Current Batch placements went well. But there is a problem when Domains like Finance and Analytics is concerned. Majority of companies hire Marketing Students only. The average package offered is 6.5L. But College ensures 99% placement to students. Alongside placing students in K - Group Companies.

Infrastructure: You can enjoy nature's beauty in the campus. 22acre campus has many facilities like well maintained Gymnasium. You can find Organic Farming facilities and Rain water harvesting facilities also. Mess food is also good. The only problem is transportation, you can't Find Ola, Uber etc. Only Private cars arranged by nearby shops are available which is costly. But if you have your own automobile then you are at safe side.

Other: The course curriculum is related to industry exposure. Faculty members believe in the overall development of the student and there is no hard and fast rule of mugging up the course. One thing that might bother you is you'll be assigned with numerous assignments from time to time, during exam times also, so you better prepare yourself for the hard work!

Good quality education for Management course.

Placements: Opportunity to challenge are less comparatively. Companies usually visit with sales profile more. Less number of companies visiting for core jobs. Roles are offered in Businesses analytics, HR, and Operations. Core marketing profile is very rare. Need to work on placement.

Infrastructure: Facilities like hostel, canteens, mess, play area, library are good to spend the two years to grow as an overall professional to face the corporate world and deal with the challenges.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with relevant industry experience. Case studies and practical applications are taught to solve business problems to manage it in the way real corporate works. Faculty members are highly qualified and good at delivering their lectures. The faculty focuses more on practical knowledge.

Absolutely satisfied with the institute.

Placements: 97% students get placed every year with the highest package of 15 Lacs, the lowest package of 4 Lacs and average package of 6 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are AMAZON, KANTAR, PATANJALI, HDFC, HFFC etc. Top roles offered by the companies are financial analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst etc. With the highest package of 15 Lacs, the lowest package of 4 Lacs and average package of 6 Lacs. 100% students gets internship by the institute.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institute is one of the best and the campus is Wi-Fi network enabled with AC lecture halls and AC classrooms and library.
