My course was PGDM with Marketing as my major specialisation and Operations as minor. Semester exams are not very tough. If you understand everything from the start then it will not be a problem for you.

Faculty: We have very good faculty staff. We have inhouse as well as visiting faculty members. They are very supportive. They help us in each possible way. They focus more on real-life situations which are happening in the corporate world and by giving such examples they teach us. They all have great knowledge in their respective domains and their teaching skills are excellent.

Placements: Current Batch placements went well. But there is a problem when Domains like Finance and Analytics is concerned. Majority of companies hire Marketing Students only. The average package offered is 6.5L. But College ensures 99% placement to students. Alongside placing students in K - Group Companies.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with relevant industry experience. Case studies and practical applications are taught to solve business problems to manage it in the way real corporate works. Faculty members are highly qualified and good at delivering their lectures. The faculty focuses more on practical knowledge.

The college invites visiting faculty members to teach special courses. We have the trimester system here, and students get enough time to study every subject. Our college also organised industry visits. They also invite our alumni and other industry experts for sharing their experiences.

But in-house faculty members of KIM are very less. There are only 6-7 in-house faculty members. However, visiting faculty members are very good, and they are very supportive. They organise interesting sessions. All faculty members are expert in their own fields.

Faculty: Faculty members in KIM are highly qualified and cooperative as you can go to them with any kind of problem and they will help you. As the number of students is low, there is personal interaction with every faculty on the campus, and that is the good part I felt. Apart from that, if we talk about the teaching system, it's not just teaching, classroom sessions are very interactive. It helps the students to learn. There is a trimester system for us.

Faculty: Our college has very good and experienced faculty members. Some are permanent and some are visiting faculty. They are highly qualified and very helpful to the students. The faculty to students ratio is 1:10. We got exposed to industry after 1st year of PGDM which helped me to get experience.
