Faculty: We have very good faculty staff. We have inhouse as well as visiting faculty members. They are very supportive. They help us in each possible way. They focus more on real-life situations which are happening in the corporate world and by giving such examples they teach us. They all have great knowledge in their respective domains and their teaching skills are excellent.

Placements: Current Batch placements went well. But there is a problem when Domains like Finance and Analytics is concerned. Majority of companies hire Marketing Students only. The average package offered is 6.5L. But College ensures 99% placement to students. Alongside placing students in K - Group Companies.

Faculty: Faculty members in KIAMS are highly qualified and cooperative as you can go to them with any kind of problem and they will help you. As the number of students is low, there is personal interaction with every faculty on the campus, and that is the good part I felt. Apart from that, if we talk about the teaching system, it's not just teaching, classroom sessions are very interactive. It helps the students to learn. There is a trimester system for us.

The faculty to students ratio is 1:10. We got exposed to industry after 1st year of PGDM which helped me to get experience.
