KJ Somaiya Medical College offers many courses in the field of science. One of the major course is MD and MD in various specialisations are also offered here. KJ Somaiya Medical College and Research Centre mostly begins its MBBS admission procedure once the NEET UG results have been provided in June 2025. To be eligible in MBBS, one has to pass NEET UG examination and in case of MD, MS, DNB, the candidate has to qualify NEET PG. KJ somiya Medical college offers various courses in Medical Science.  There are various specialisations also in each . If we take MD course there are different domains in which a student can specialise in. For example it MD in Paediatrics, MD in Pathology, MD in Anatomy and MD in general. In total there are 2 seats each in every category. You can select from any of these categories depending upon your interest.

This college offers excellent instruction, and internships are not overly demanding. In college, a lot of students acquire internships. In 2022, 100 people are accepted. Two seats each in MD paediatrics and MD gynaecologist. There are DNB courses available in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, psychiatry, surgery, and medicine. The hostel has access to Wi-Fi. Mess is fantastic. It is a mediocre library. Only PGs have access to AC amenities. This is a pay-per-use facility with a cricket ground and a football pitch. Excellent and extremely helpful professors. Postings are rigorous and done on a regular basis. The curriculum is finished long in advance of university exams, allowing plenty of time for independent study, and semester tests are held on schedule.

MD placements at KJ SOMAIYA Medical College is very good which is 100 percent. It is because only 4 seats ae  available in MD. So faculty members can guide personally each student and always support .This college is approved by Medical Council of India (MCI) and is also affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. This college is good for placements as well as it has MCI accrediation.
