KJ Somaiya Medical College and Research Centre started its MBBS admission procedure after the NEET UG results were out in June 2025. The college does not publish separate admission forms and instead, candidates should attend the Maharashtra state NEET UG counseling (CAP) and choose Somaiya during the process of filling the preferences. After the rounds of counseling, the allotted applicants will be able to undertake the process of payment of fees in the college. In case of PG programmes such as MD, MS, and DNB the forms are well availed post NEET PG results and also the seat allocation is through state counseling.

MD placements at KJ SOMAIYA Medical College is very good which is 100 percent. It is because only 4 seats ae  available in MD. So faculty members can guide personally each student and always support .This college is approved by Medical Council of India (MCI) and is also affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. This college is good for placements as well as it has MCI accrediation.

K J Somiya College is a very good institute for pursing MBBS, MD, PhD etc. College professor are highly educated, supportive and motivating in making me an excellent and a very successful doctor. Internship is really good . Most of the student got internship. Placement is outstanding. Hostels are in the hospital itself so it's convenient to attend the clinics .  Mess is really good. Staff behaviour is good. Hostel facility is awesome. College has sports facilities as well as indoor campus. Classroom are well organized. The library is well-equipped and availability for 24 ×7. It was a good campus with discipline. Canteen are available in campus .wi- fi facility is available. Each department has an individual library and lab .
