Admission to MBA course at Kristu Jayanti College is based on merit. Admission to subject to the guidelines and regulations of Bangalore University. Students also needs to be part of centralised admission process conducted by the government of Karnataka. Students are selected based on their performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance test (if applicable). Students must also have valid score in  KMAT/MAT/CMAT/Karnataka PGCET.

Kristu Jayanti College offers two courses across Management Stream including Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MBA in International Finance through various National-level and state-level exams.
