My honest review of my college.

Placements: The placement cell tries its best to give us placements that occur in the final year. Its aim is to provide 100% placement to all of its students in good companies with good packages. During my placement time, job roles in the manager post and business development are offered, including in human resources. The average package started from 2.5 LPA, and the highest for my year is 12.5 LPA, which is in sales and commerce. Some of the companies that visit the campus are HDFC, Unacademy, Bajaj, Flipkart, Novotel, and Amazon as well.

Infrastructure: I was, in fact, working for a year as a business developer, but I wasn't really satisfied and had the urge to study further and pursue my MBA degree. This would provide me with better opportunities in the future. We had specializations in MBA. We had assignments to do, follow up on lectures, and take notes. We know that internal and university exams are known as external. I have not experienced the hostel facilities and the mess food of Kristu Jayanti College. We stayed in the college hostel. I have never seen them complaining about anything regarding the hostel or the mess food.

Faculty: The faculty members of Kristu Jayanti College are very friendly, motivating, and very helpful. They are always available for students, both in and outside college, for any help or clarification regarding courses, subjects, personal queries, future plans, career discussions, etc. I have never come across any situation where I couldn't receive help from any of my teachers. The curriculum is very well structured. In the first year, students have to study all the basic courses of management like Financial Accounting, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, Quantitative Methods, etc.

A top-notch university that offers both theoretical and practical education.

Placements: There are plenty of placements offered by our college. Students are invited to work with firms such as Grant Thornton, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, J&J, and EY. Many businesses have chosen to hire Kristu Jayanti students since 2018 after observing the students' level of activity and discipline. Our senior placements are excellent. Nearly 85% of them were placed by the numerous companies that came to recruit them. The offered salary packages range from 4.50 to 15 LPA. Students are landing excellent jobs as data analysts, professors, and many other positions in businesses.

Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi, labs for students to use for their work, and a library for all classes. There is a canteen on campus in every block. Sports of all kinds can be played on the field. There are hostels on College Road; you only need to look around to find the best deal. The hostels are good in every way.

Faculty: These faculty members are skilled and knowledgeable employees. They always flavour teaching in order to gain exposure to corporations. A visit to an industry was made by the college. Teachers support and inspire students to develop their personalities. The well-designed course curriculum helps us learn more than just the syllabus, which makes it beneficial.
