It is a great college for commerce and arts.
Placements: The highest salary offered was Rs.10,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs.500 - Rs.1,000 per month. A minimum of 40% of students got placements in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good and big. Our college had 6-7 departments, a large library, computerised classrooms, a Wi-Fi facility, and a playground. It was divided into three apartments type buildings. There was a small canteen.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was good. Semester exams were moderately difficult. The pass percentage was 30%. The pass percentage was more in the honors course than in the general course.
Other: There were 800 students in our college.

North Lakhimpur is an average college.
Placements: This is a government college. In this course, there are no placements. 0% students have been placed. No company visits for my course. There is no internship offered. It is just a general course for degree.
Infrastructure: College campus is small. Infrastructure is not so good. Our department is not so perfect. Classrooms and labs are available. But Wi-Fi is not available. Library facility is good. Hostel facility is not so good. Quality of food is the worst. A canteen is also available. Medical, sports and games are available.
Faculty: The teachers are a little bit helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is okay. The course is not curriculum relevant. It does not make the students industry ready. The semester exams are very difficult in this college. The pass percentage of our college is very low every year.

An average college, great knowledgeable teachers and easy placements for passionate students.
Placements: In my course marketing management, about 20 to 25% of students got placed. In my course, the highest package offered is 5 LPA, and average package is 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of my course are Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Ernst and Young (EY). 25% of my course got internships at KPMG, Ernst and Young, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Top roles offered in my course are marketing manager and brand manager.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average in my course. It is quiet well and Wi-Fi is not available. But there are labs and classrooms that are average. There is a big library in our college that has a lot of books. There is hostel facility available at a very low price in our college. Food available in mess and canteen is good. There is medical facility available in college. Sports and games are also available in our college. Most of the sports equipment is available in our college. Every year, there is a sports week arranged in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Although the teaching quality is great. This course curriculum is relevant and meets students' needs. It also makes the student industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult and 60% of students pass here.
Other: I chose this marketing course to become a marketing manager of a well-established company, and its my dream. The best thing is that this course gives direct placements. 70% of the students and has many options for careers. I wish if the semester exams become a little easier its a little tough but a passionate student can pass. There are many events organised in our college/department like music event, cultural event, debate competition, etc. Campus surroundings are very good. There are trees on the campus, and 3-4 scholarships are provided during my course. Teachers give importance to extracurricular activities.

Review of Lakhimpur Commerce College.
Placements: This is a government college. No student got placed in our course. About 40-50% of students got internships from our course in many companies. This course is not professional but only a general course.
Infrastructure: The campus is medium in size and is a bit beautiful. It had labs, classrooms, a library, two computer labs, and a huge auditorium. Hostel facilities were not so good. Food quality in the canteen was very poor. Sports and games facilities were available.
Faculty: Teachers were very good, very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was amazing. The course curriculum was relevant. It did not make students industry-ready. Semester exams were very difficult. The pass percentage was 80%.

Good College for those who want to do commerce.
Placements: About nearly 6 percent of students placed in my course, the highest package is 6-7 LPA, the lowest is 4-5 LPA and the average is 3-4 LPA. 40-50 percent of students got internship from my course. Top roles offered are in Accounting and Auditing, Tax Advisory Services, Financial Services. Commercial Banking, International Banking, Insurance Services, Telecommunication Services and BPO's. Manufacturing Services.
Infrastructure: Labs classrooms, library are well-equipped but Wi-Fi is not available, and canteen food is not up to the mark. In terms of infrastructure, LCC is quite better than other local colleges. Classrooms have a seating capacity of nearly 300 students which is huge.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and the teaching quality is nice. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are tough and for which you have to study and have focus. Pass percentage is 70-80 percent.
