For appearing in the CUET PG examination there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the
bachelor degree/equivalent examination or appearing in 2026 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (PG) 2026
examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission. 

As the eligibility criteria for admission may be unique for every University, the candidates are advised to visit the University website to which they are applying for their respective programs

Q:   Can I request a change in the exam centre after the release of the CUET PG city intimation slip?
A:

Generally, requests for exam center changes after the release of the CUET PG city intimation slip are not entertained. The NTA allocates centers based on availability and candidate preferences submitted during registration. While they might consider exceptional circumstances, it's highly unlikely a change will be granted.

Therefore, it's crucial to carefully choose your preferred exam city during the application process. Check the information on the city intimation slip carefully, and if you have a genuine, unavoidable issue, contact the NTA immediately, though a positive response isn't guaranteed.

For admission in Universities through CUET (PG)-2026, the existing policies regarding quota, category, relaxation, reservations, qualification, subject combinations, preferences etc. of the respective University shall be applicable.

As the eligibility criteria for admission may be unique for every University, the candidates are advised to visit the University website to which they are applying for their respective programs. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the eligibility criteria laid down by the University they are applying to.
Mere appearance in the Entrance Test or securing pass marks at the test does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission to the Programme unless he/she fulfils the Programme wise eligibility conditions of the University they are applying to.

Score of 90 marks in CUET PG, considering you are under the EWS category, your admission will be based on several factors. Given below are some of the Government Universities/Colleges in Delhi you may opt for:

1. University of Delhi
Programmes offered: Under its constituent colleges, the University of Delhi offers a large number of postgraduate programs.
Admission: CUET PG admissions in various courses are offered in different colleges and departments at DU, each differing regarding cut-offs for a particular course or department.

2. Jawaharlal Nehru University
Programmes: JNU offers a wide range of postgraduate courses through its schools.
Admission: It also offers many of the programs that CUET PG was used as an entry criterion for. Cut-offs for EWS candidates may be marginally lower than those of the general category.

MSc MathematicsBSc (Hons)/B A (Hons)/BSc/B A under 10 2 3 pattern securing a minimum of 50 percent marks in the aggregate considering all the three years of BSc/B A Courses). The candidate must have studied Mathematics Hons. or studied subject Mathematics in the all the three years at Graduate level. For BSc (Hons)/BSc only Science subjects and for BA (Hons)/B A all subjects except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark sheet.
MSc PhysicsBSc (Hons)/ BSc under 10 2 3 pattern securing a minimum of 50 percent marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of BSc Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be Hons subject at BSc (Hons) level/a subject studied in all the three years at Graduate level.

CUET PG MSc Microbiology 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to appear for the CUET PG Microbiology course need to meet the basic/minimal CUET PG eligibility criteria 2025 in order to appear for the exam. CUET Microbiology eligibility criteria include important requirements like Age Limit, Educational Qualification, Nationality and Reservations that one needs to satisfy.

CUET PG Microbiology 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

According to the CUET PG 2025 information brochure, there is no age limit for the candidates appearing in the exam. The candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree/equivalent examination or are appearing in 2025 irrespective of their age can appear in master’s degree programs in the Central Universities through the CUET (PG) 2025 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfil the age criteria of the University to which they are desirous of taking admission.

CUET PG Microbiology Eligibility Criteria 2025: Nationality

To get eligible for the CUET PG Exam, aspirants must abide by the following citizenship rules:

  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • A constituent subject of Nepal, Bhutan
  • A Tibetan refugee who landed in India before 1 January 1962 to make India their permanent home and reside there permanently.
  • Pakistanis, Burmese, Sri Lankans, Kenyans, Ugandans, Tanzanians, Zambians, Malawians, Zaireans, Ethiopians, and people from Vietnam who permanently moved to India.

CUET PG MA Microbiology 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Life Sciences/ Medical Sciences from a recognized University OR BSc (Hons.) in Microbiology from the University of Delhi 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade for
candidates belonging to UR/OBC/EWS category 45 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD category.

CUET PG 2025 Microbiology Exam Structure 

CUET PG Microbiology exam pattern 2025 is anticipated to be the same as the previous year. NTA has changed the CUET PG exam pattern for the 2024-2025 academic session. Part A or the general section was removed where questions from general reasoning/ aptitude were asked. The domain-specific questions will now be there to test the candidate's analytical and cognitive approach towards the applied course in the CUET PG 2025 examination.
