Our college should tie up with many companies.
Placements: Around 90% of students passed out and they got good jobs. Students got an internship in Hitachi, Yazaki, Tenneco, and other companies. The salary package offered was 1.5 LPA and the recruiting company for our course is GND Solutions.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for the ECE department include a good library and labs. There is a study hall in the hostel. There are games to play. The mess and canteen are good. Medical facilities are there. Teachers are very joyful as they conduct games.
Faculty: Exams are very strict. Teachers are very knowledgeable and teach us very joyfully. They support us in every semester. Students should not copy in exams as they are conducted very strictly.
Other: College provides a better experience for students.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2024

Despite the college teaching many life lessons, life in college is challenging.
Placements: There are no placements for the CSE branch, and core branches offer some opportunities for placements. However, I secured a placement at GND Solution in Bangalore, which is based on the IT field. If you score above 80%, you are automatically placed, but top companies do not visit the college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, including classrooms and staff rooms. However, the hostel infrastructure is very poor, with issues like bathrooms, improper food, and an unhygienic environment. There are problems with sleep, as students are woken up at 4:30 am in the morning and allowed to sleep at 11:30 pm at night.
Faculty: The faculty is not up to par, lacking minimum knowledge about communication skills. However, exams are conducted very strictly, and the curriculum is somewhat good. The first semester is the toughest exam for all branches, with a pass mark of 28 in the external exam, where we need to score a minimum of 7 marks internally.
Other: I pursued mechanical engineering in Diploma I, and my batch excelled in extracurricular activities like cricket and kabaddi. However, academically, we were average. I chose the mechanical branch because I enjoy defining something in anything.

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Second Shift) - Batch of 2023

I am satisfied with this college. I got more skills. Infrastructure and college facilities are good.
Placements: There are not many placements and referrals. Many of the students want to achieve further so many students don't want placements. Many students want to study B.Tech after this diploma, so they want to take the ECET entrance exam. Students who are not interested in B.Tech, our college will show some ways to courses for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. We have advanced technologies and skilled faculty members for learning. Coming to the college hostel, the food and some of the hostel facilities are not good. Sports and games in college are good. The management encourages sports. Overall, it is a very good college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are outstanding. They are skillful and needful in every aspect. They also make us skillful with their talents. The course curriculum is the main thing in college which makes students industry-ready. Coming to semester exams, the one who studies passes all subjects but one who neglects will have a bundle of backlogs. The pass percentage is more than 50%.
Other: It is one of the best colleges if we study properly.

Satisfied because of the faculty.
Placements: 10% of students got placed. 1 LPA is the package offered. Amaraja Batteries is the top recruiter. Nobody got an internship. ECE is a very good course for aspirants, and it gives us a chance in both the hardware and software fields. Students with above 90% get placed in various companies.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are neat. The library is huge. Food is average. There are no medical facilities. Sports and games are good. Labs are very good with all the required equipment. A huge library is available with many useful books. Sports and games are encouraged, but only a little bit of education is the first priority.
Faculty: The teaching quality is quite good. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is nearly 75%. Students really feel very happy with the helpful faculty members. By this course, students are really helpful and are made industry-ready.
Other: ECE course makes you to find a job easily anywhere. Implementing advanced syllabus would be helpful. There are no extracurricular activities.

You will be satisfied with our college as per the fee you pay.
Placements: Placements are not provided in our college. Placements are not provided not only in our college but also in most of the polytechnic colleges. Our college mostly focuses on education. But KIA and Amaraja companies visited here for recruitment. I don't know whether they hired students or not.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are a good library, labs and classrooms. Hostellers eat their food in the hostel, while days scholars bring their lunch boxes. In our college, the mid-day meals scheme is provided, where the food is served at Rs. 5. They charge Rs. 5 for a plate of rice.
Faculty: In our college, there are good teaching faculty members. Most of them completed their B. Tech, while some of them completed M.Tech. However, their teaching is excellent. They are friendly with students, and they put their efforts to make students pass in exams. Running notes will be provided to students for every subject.
Other: Scholarships are provided to students who join through counselling quota. Fresher's day, Loyola fest and Christmas festival are celebrated in our college.

Review of Loyola Polytechnic College.
Placements: Placements were not that good for the CSE branch, whereas ECE and mechanical students got good placements with salary packages like 1 LPA to 2.4 LPA. Our college mainly focuses on education. Some companies like KIA and Amaraja visited the campus.
Infrastructure: Our college had a better infrastructure. It had a library with lots of academic books and other books. It had labs like a Physics lab, a Chemistry lab, a computer lab, etc. The hostel was good for living. For day scholars, lunch was served for Rs. 5 only.
Faculty: We had well-qualified lecturers. They were interacting with students in a better manner. The curriculum provided basic knowledge. Exams were difficult, but our lecturers taught us well to write exams.
