Our college provides good placements and many laboratories.

Placements: Almost 50-60% of students got placed in this course. The average salary package offered ranges from 1.8 LPA to 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Reliance, Suzlon, L&T, etc. Around 55% of students got internships in this course. The top roles offered were design engineer and production manager. We also got a free chance to learn NX from certified members.

Infrastructure: Our campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Laboratories were average. There was a decent library in this college. Hostel facilities were great. The food quality was decent. Mess was average. Sports were conducted on our campus. There were 2-3 volleyball grounds and 1 cricket ground.

Faculty: Teachers were well-experienced and qualified. We also got a certificate for the NCC course. Semester exams were hard. The passing percentage was 75%. Special classes were also arranged by HOD.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Many laboratory classes were conducted in this college. Training was also provided for programs like CNC and VM. Events and fests were average.

I am absolutely satisfied with teaching faculty but not with placements.

Placements: This college is good for studies but not for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good compared to other colleges. Hostel facilities are bad. There is water problem and groupism at hostels. Nothing is very bad in this college.

Faculty: Faculty members of this college are good, helpful to students, and always supportive. Faculty members have good practical knowledge. Our principal is also good.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I am interested in it and for mechanical engineering, it is the best college.

Faculty members of our college are very helpful, but college placements are very poor.

Placements: Around 10% of the students got placed among the total students. The highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA, the average salary package offered is 1.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 0.84 LPA. Top requesting companies are Reliance Industries Ltd and Prism Johnson Ltd. Around 90% of the students got internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is above good. There are facilities of the library and labs, but lack of working instruments and the technology is quite old. Hostel facilities are very poor to below average. The food of the canteen is very bad, and there are no facilities of medical at the time of emergency.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good because the institute is government organised, and they are very well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of professors is above average and near to excellent. The course curriculum is very relevant to industry, and it makes students ready. The difficulty in passing in semester exams is not much, and almost 70 to 85% of the students qualify very easily in exams.

It is a good government college.

Placements: From our mechanical course, only a few students got placed in the last 3 years. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was nearly 2 LPA. Many companies like L&T, Tata, Suzuki, Mahindra, Reliance, Jaguar, etc., are the top recruiting companies for mechanical engineers. Many students complete their internships in local industries in Rajkot like Jyoti CNC and many other industries. Top roles offered in our course are design engineer and production manager.

Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is very good. All the facilities like Wi-Fi, playground and labs are available. The hostel facility is also available in our college, and there are medical facilities both in the college and hostel. But the canteen facility is very poor, and the quality of the food served is not very much good. Sports facilities are available in our college like cricket ground, football court, and many other indoor games facilities.

Faculty: In our college, teachers are well knowledgeable, and their teaching abilities are very good. Their teaching quality is good. Some extra courses related to today's technology like NX Design, etc., are taught by our teachers. So, it's good for every student.

Other: I have an interest in manufacturing machines, so I chose a mechanical course. This course is good for students who are interested in manufacturing machines and automobiles. Our college provides scholarships for financially weak students, and many other scholarships are provided by the government like MYSY, Digital Gujarat, etc. On our campus, many extracurricular activities like sports, plantation, dancing and drama competitions, etc., are held by teachers.

The college is good for pursuing engineering courses.

Placements: About 60-70% of the students among who scored well in exams got placed with the minimum salary package that ranges between 1-2 LPA. Most of the companies from Rajkot visit our college to recruit students. The college provides many internships for students. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The new-made infrastructure of our college is great. The college is well-equipped with the modern technology of projector room and digital teaching facilities. The quality of the hostel facility is not good enough because it is very dirty. Many students leave on rent near the college. Labs are well-equipped.

Faculty: Lukhdhirji Engineering College is a government college, so all the teachers and lab faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make students ready for the industry. They all are very helpful and very polite.

Other: I have chosen this course because I always wanted to be a mechanical engineer. From my primary study, I have a great interest in the mechanical engineering course.

I am satisfied because our college is value for money. It is one of the best government colleges.

Placements: Only 15-20% of the students form our course got placed. The average salary package offered ranges between 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata, Reliance, L&T, etc., visit our college for placements. About 70-75% of the students from our course got an internship at our college. Top roles, like design and maintenance engineer, are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: The college provides the best quality of infrastructure and facilities. Facilities like Wi-Fi, virtual lab, smart classrooms, practice lab and library are available. Food served is not very good, and the canteen facility is the worst. Medical facilities are very good because there is one government hospital near the college. In our college, there is Simens NX lab for training, and knowledgeable trainers are also available. The college is very good for any student. Practical labs are available for the project in the final year, and many types of equipment are available for studying and training purpose.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very smart and well experienced. Their teaching quality is awesome. They are highly knowledgeable. There is design software for any company requirement, so they are teaching in our lab.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest in machines, and I want to start a business after engineering. Now a day Gujarat government provide MYSY scholarship for students.

Absolutely satisfied with facility, infrastructure and it is value for money.

Placements: Placement is very poor for last 2-3 year. The highest package is around 4-5 Lacs and average about 1.2 Lacs. In our college not much popular companies come here. Design engineer is the role offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is average. Library and classes are very good. Medical facilities are much better but the canteen facility is very bad. In sports we have many facility. In our college NSS And NCC team working good in college.

Faculty: In our college teachers are very qualified and very helpful to every student. They have good knowledge of their subjects. But the average experience regarding my college is really good. Our teachers support student to teach other design skill also. In our college NX (Simens) lab facilities there and every student teaching by the special facility.

Other: I wanted to research in machinery and working about different machines in the industry so I chose this course.

It is an excellent college.

Placements: Placement cell in our college is very good. It provides a high time opportunity to get placed in well-known companies. From our batch, a maximum number of the students got placed at good companies with a high package. Companies like Reliance Industries and Adani Ports visited our college for placement.

Infrastructure: Our college is under Gujarat Technological University. It is a government college, but the campus is very good and excellent. The college provides facilities like library, canteen, sports ground and laboratory for different departments. Computers are provided for different work with free Wi-Fi facility.

Faculty: Staff members in our college were very good. They are very helpful for any queries at any time. They are highly knowledgeable and interact with each student. Our teachers are very kind and good.
