Here are some additional updates regarding the M.S. Engineering College:

The COMEDK UGET 2026 application window will tentatively open in Feb 2026 for the admission process of BE/BTech courses.
The JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses will tentatively be conducted between Jan 21 and Jan 30, 2026.
The Karnataka PGCET 2026 registrations for admission to MBA, MCA, and ME/MTech courses will be expected to begin in the last week of April 2026.
The KCET 2026 registration window will open on Jan 17, 2026 for admission to the BE/BTech and other courses. Students can register till February 2026 ( Tentative). The exam will be held on April 23, 2026 and April 24, 2026.
The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses will be conducted from Feb 7, 2026 to Feb 8, 2026, and then from Feb 14, 2026 to Feb 15, 2026.

It has above-average infrastructure but a good environment. Placements are average on our campus.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The average package offered is 4 LPA. Students secure a good percentage, but not packages. Over the past year, no company has shown up on our campus for placements. But before that, many recruiting companies visit the college for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has advanced labs, a library, and good classrooms. It has a full campus has Wi-Fi. The hostel is also good, and they provide 3 times meals with evening snacks. Every hostel has one warden. In the hostel mess, they provide hygienic food every day. The non-teaching staff members are also very friendly. Everything is good in the hostel.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are really very friendly. Teachers are very helpful and they help us at every step. They always stood by the student's side. They support and encourage us to do new things and to learn new things. Semester exams are not too difficult, but sometimes they are quite difficult. I think the pass percentage in our batch is 80%.

Other: I want to improve my coding skills. Our institution provides scholarships every year for those students who are good at academics. We celebrate the college fest every year for 3 days.

Placements: Placement drives are conducted in our college. The percentage of students who get placed in our course is 83%. The highest package offered is 13 LPA, and the lowest package offered ranges from 3-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are HAL, Metro Station Corporation, and Ashok Leyland.

Infrastructure: Facilities available are good. There are washrooms, a canteen, and clean classrooms with nice benches. The library is very helpful. There is good food in the canteen. Wi-Fi facilities are provided for labs. The quality of food is very good in the hostel mess. Sports facilities are provided.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in academics. They are very qualified with master's and PhD degrees. They have more knowledge. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. They make students industry-ready. Semester exams are hard to pass. The pass percentage is 83%.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. In our course, more than 35 students got placed in top companies. The highest package offered, based on skills, is 9 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 2.4 LPA. Most of the students also get internship opportunities. The percentage of students who have an internship is 72%. The companies are HAL, Metro Corporation, other government companies, and a private limited company.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are very good. The college has a lab, a canteen with good food, and a library for each department. In my department, we spent more time in labs. The materials and manuals are provided by the institute.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified, with a top institute, and have good knowledge. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant to Mechanical Engineering, and the teachers have more experience in teaching with industry knowledge. Semester exams are hard to pass. The pass percentage is 73%.

Good faculty are available in our college and also placements.

Placements: 80 percent of students were placed in our college. The highest package in our college is 15 lakhs per annum and the lowest package is 5 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Tata, HP, Amazon, etc. 70 percent of students got internships from our course and the companies are Tata and HP for software development. The top roles offered in our course are software developer, mechanical engineer, graphic designer, etc.

Infrastructure: There are good facilities. The infrastructure is good in our course and department. We have Wi-Fi with high speed and smart TVs for all classrooms. Labs are provided in our college. Good quality facilities are available in our hostel with good quality food, and a mess is also available in our college. Medical facilities are available. We conduct sports and games in our college.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful for students. There are qualified teachers with high knowledge in all subjects. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, and they are highly qualified and industry-ready. We have difficulty passing the subjects in our semester exams. The passing percentage is 80 percent.

Not recommended for quality education.

Placements: No proper placements or placement guidelines. Poor facilities for industry training and job readiness. Better to opt for other great colleges out in Bangalore. Last year’s placements were few and numbered. Few known company VTU internships and other options.

Infrastructure: No proper facilities, just with minimum presence. No proper food or canteen facility. High cost, exploiting canteen with minimum items. Infrastructure inside a farm yard. No proper transportation, neither public transport nor the college bus facilities.

Faculty: No appropriate teaching and training. No appropriate lecturers. Department swaps faculty members for three to four different department subjects handling. No proper syllabus fulfillment; half the syllabus is covered, and the other is left for students’ self-studies.

Other: No proper campus, a village located on the outskirts of the city with no proper transportation facilities .

Get into other better choices.

Placements: I don't think we got any placements done. No proper facilities. Few are only placed. No appropriate route map for placement training. Last year placements are nil. Previous year many have placements of 30 percent. Top recruiters are Infosys, TNSIF, and Accenture.

Infrastructure: It's a garden more than a college. You have a college inside in a village far from the main road. It's a college built within a mango farm. The transport system is not at all good. More problems are there in getting to college and returning back without proper facilities.

Faculty: No proper facilities. No faculty with appropriate department knowledge. Other department faculties are forced to teach you without their own preparation. Syllabus are only 40 percent covered. Rest of the syllabus, students do as seminar topics and read by themselves.

Other: Worst transport system. No extracurricular activities.
