Good placement, value for money and study oriented environment.
Placements: I got placed in TCS on the college campus. It changed my life. I am thankful to my college and professors. The college had arranged for the learning and development sessions, and it was outstanding feeling when you got placed in the college. I am still serving for TCS and literally I believe the company is very good and employee oriented.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was okay for the college, but the strictness and study level is always high. For civil, they have all the equipment, and everything is performed practically in the campus. For the mechanical subjects also, the practical orientation was much more. I was in EC department, so I also have done practicals for Matlab and electrical and electronic subjects.
Faculty: There are all courses available. As for BE, MCA, BCA, medical college of dentist also there. The college was much more study oriented and session being performed were practical, and also, professors were well highly educated. So, if we have some difficult doubts, they clear it very quickly. Also, they are very focused on interacting with the students. So, we do not get bored in any lecture.

Maharan Pratap College of Technology based on trust and duty. Excellent for the future of students.
Placements: The college is tied up with TCS, which allows top 5 direct interviews without conducting a written exam.
HCl, Accenture Genpact, Emicon, Cadbury, and IBM etc. are the companies that visit our campus.
The companies give internship\training letters on time.
Information required about T&P cell is regularly updated. Placement is based on previous records of 10 and 12th also.
Infrastructure: The college has a Wi-Fi enabled campus, clean and large classrooms. It has different labs for a particular subject.
The library has a good space for students and consists of a large number of books which enhance the knowledge of the student. Newspapers are also placed regularly in the library. Magazines about fest and programs are regularly displayed on notice boards.
The quality of labs is good and has digital instruments for better visualisation.
Sports and games are conducted every year.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is mesmerising. They give information on the subject very deeply to the point. They used to teach in English but explained later in Hindi. They were very helpful for the bright future of the students.
Teachers are well qualified, in which some of them cracked the GATE exam also. The faculty used to go for industrial visits for practical knowledge with the students.
The course curriculum is useful.

Absolutely dis-satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure and placements in 2016.
Placements: Placements of my batch were very poor. Only 22 people got selected in TCS from our whole batch. Companies which visited during my batch was Emicon advisory services and TCS. Emicon selected only one student from all branches. The highest package which was offered was 3.25lac and that too from TCS. Almost all students got internships but none of them were paid, because most of them were from either BSNL or from private institutions.
Most of the students got placed but they were only through Off-campus.
TPO is not at all serious about students' future.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is below average. They don't have Wi-Fi, proper labs and instruments. Classrooms are almost covered with dust because hardly students attend classes. Sports culture is also not up to the satisfactory level. For medical facilities, they have their own hospital constructed on the campus where if necessary students can get check up at a minimal amount. Labs do not have most of the instruments which are included in our syllabus. Classes are too covered with dust and with broken glass windows. They have a really bad canteen where during summer you can't even sit because there are no fans inside. They have only one big cooler which is not sufficient. The quality of food is good but most of them are generally not available. Girls hostel is mostly filled up with the dental college students. But the hostel rooms are quite spacious.
The auditorium is mostly seen to be home for pigeons because they hardly conduct any programs or functions.
Faculty: During my 4 years of tenure, we did have some good faculty members but during my last semester, most of the faculty members of my branch switched to some other colleges. Now, hardly there are some faculties with more than 4 years experience. They were helpful but they were not much qualified and knowledgeable.
Teaching method was only writing on the.blackboard. There were no presentations and seminars. There are only 5 faculty members in the ECE branch and the students were 50 in each batch of ECE. They made this plan for industry exposure for two times during our course but it was never executed.
They don't take students' decisions seriously. They don't finish the course of each semester on time. Out of five units, they only teach 3 units.
And rest, the students have to manage all by themselves.
Other: I would say, if you love to do self-study and don't want to attend college regularly, then you can attend this college. If you want to prepare for higher studies, they will give you ample amount of time to study because there would hardly be any classes. During my course, I always regretted taking this decision of getting admission in this college.
If you are really serious about your career, avoid this institution.
