Placements: I believe not every government college provides placements. It depends on the individual’s efforts. If you want good placement opportunities, I think you should choose professional courses, as they offer many opportunities. My college does not provide placements, so you should consider better options. I am a student of this college.

Infrastructure: Maheshtala College boasts functional infrastructure that includes multiple buildings, laboratories, a library, and sports facilities, with a focus on green spaces and ICT integration. The college has three main buildings housing classrooms, laboratories, the library, and administrative offices. It also features a canteen, common rooms, a gym, and a girls' hostel. Other: It is a good college but very busy from election and other shows. Study is good and money is less and safety for girls provided by collage. LAN connection is available for computer lab. Teachers are corporative and helps student very much. I would recommend this college.
