B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2020
4.8

Great education and great placements.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Almost 78% of students got placed. The top recruiting companies were Infosys and Wipro. Around 65% of students got internships. The top roles were project manager and web developer.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good. Everyone could use the internet. It had a huge central library. There were good lab facilities, high-quality computer labs, and clean classrooms. The hostel facilities were available. Our college had a canteen with some snacks.
Faculty: Faculty in our college was well qualified and knowledgeable. They had 5 to 6 years of experience. They helped us a lot in understanding the concepts. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester exams were difficult, and the pass percentage was 65%.

College is strict and executed in a disciplined manner.
Placements: 90 percent of students get placed. The highest package was 32 LPA to 56 LPA last year. Average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiters like Visa, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys. 70 percent of students got internships. Top roles offered are developer and tester.
Infrastructure: It is very good. AC, labs, and digital boards are there in every classroom. There is a digital library too. Hostel is very good with pleasant atmosphere. It provides hygienic food. Every facility is available. Sports and games are encouraged. Zumba sessions for college hostelers are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good but the students can easily study on their own without depending on the teachers. Curriculum in engineering colleges is not made for industry-ready. But in our college, they provide separate skill training to enhance. The semester exams are not that difficult, and you can easily get above 80 percent by studying. 95 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I have taken this course on my own interest in the software and data as data is everything, and it's booming everywhere now. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, and everything are organised and conducted regularly in a grand manner.

The infrastructure and faculty are average, but a larger amount is spent here.
Placements: A good percentage of students are placed but with less packages. The highest package is 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Wipro is the top company, and many companies are hiring many people, but with less packages. Only 1% of people are getting high packages, ranging from 10 LPA to 15 LPA.
Infrastructure:
It is good but not excellent. There are insufficient medical facilities, and no sports or games are conducted by the college management. The encouragement from a few faculty members is low and not up to the mark, as they only read the PPT presentations provided by the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, but the explanation is not good. Very few faculty members are good at explaining and encouraging. So many come just read the presentation and go that's why it's average on the behalf of faculty members.
Other: I choose Computer Science and Engineering.

Our college contains many plants and trees and everywhere it is greenary.
Placements: 90% of the students were placed. The highest package in my course was 31 LPA, average packages are 5 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. 40% of the students got internships. Top companies for my course were TCS, Cisco, Visa, Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. Our library contains a number of books, and we can also take them to our home/hostel and submit them after a 2-week time period. If late to submit, then you have to pay a 1 rupee fine. In my hostel, the quality of food is okay.
Faculty: The faculty members are good enough to teach the subjects, and they are knowledgeable. The pass percentage for every semester would be approximately 90-95%. Semester papers, sometimes it may be tough to attempt all the questions, but it would be easy to pass the subject.
Other: I am interested in Artificial Intelligence. As AI is currently a very highly demanded course, it would be easier for me to be placed than in other courses.
