I'm feeling it as the better place to enhance my skills.
Placements: As I'm a first-year student, up to now 80 percent placed this year. The highest package is 32 LPA to 56 LPA last year, average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiters like Visa, Amazon, previous year in regular Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys. 80 percent internships and top roles like developer tester.
Infrastructure: There are very good AC labs and digital boards in every classroom and a digital library too. Hostel is very good with pleasant atmosphere, hygienic food, every facility is available, sports and games are encouraged. Zumba sessions for college hostelers are provided.
Faculty: Faculty are helpful, qualified, and good teachers, highly knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good, but the students can easily study on their own without depending on the teachers. Every curriculum in engineering colleges is not made industry-ready, but in our college they provide separate skill training to enhance. The semester exams are not that difficult, one can get easily above 80 percent by studying. 95 percent is pass percentage.
Other: I have joined this course on my own interest in software and it's booming everywhere now. Events, Fest, Campus Crowd, Connectivity, Campus Surroundings, Scholarship, Extracurricular Activities, everything is organized and conducted regularly in a grand way.

Great education and great placements.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Almost 78% of students got placed. The top recruiting companies were Infosys and Wipro. Around 65% of students got internships. The top roles were project manager and web developer.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good. Everyone could use the internet. It had a huge central library. There were good lab facilities, high-quality computer labs, and clean classrooms. The hostel facilities were available. Our college had a canteen with some snacks.
Faculty: Faculty in our college was well qualified and knowledgeable. They had 5 to 6 years of experience. They helped us a lot in understanding the concepts. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester exams were difficult, and the pass percentage was 65%.

Satisfied with placements, hostel facility and coding workshops in 2025.
Placements: Around 85% of students are placed in my 2025 batch in Computer Science and Engineering. The highest package was 46.25 LPA from Amazon. Two people got this. First, they got an internship with 1 Lacs per month, then they converted to FTE. The average package was 4-6 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, and kpit hire in bulk. The lowest package was 2 LPA from Global Logic. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Visa, Cisco, Accenture, Capgemini and Infosys. In my batch, most of the people did a paid internship (students paid for certificates). Only 10% of people got an internship. Most of the roles offered are for a software engineer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fully digital, from the first year itself, they taught us coding and soft skills, which helped us a lot. The library and labs are also excellent with 24/7 Wi-Fi. I stayed in a college hostel for 4 years. It's like apartments with 2 rooms. They clean rooms daily, and they built one huge mess. I really liked that. We have space to play sports in the hostel. Warden and security are very strict. The big problem I faced was that they asked our parents to take us from the hostel during the holidays. They encourage sports by adding a sports period to the curriculum.
Faculty: They have all types of teachers, like 40% knowledge and 50% knowledge, etc., it depends. Some subjects we got the best, and some subjects they are okay. But if we have any problem with the faculty, we can tell crs so that they can pass it on to HoDs. They have made the curriculum very well, but after graduation, the only thing I faced was that they didn't include C++ in our curriculum. If you study average, you can easily pass. Management mostly tries to pass.
Other: I was very interested in coding, that's why I chose CSE. The principal is very strict. Some people say that's why students get more placements here. But we didn't get many high package companies. They conduct events very often. The campus is okay. I didn't like the infrastructure much, but it was okay. They don't force students to pay fees unless it's necessary and compulsory. I'm a scholarship student, and I got 3 average package offers.

It's a good place to enhance skills if you concentrate on a focused course.
Placements: 90 per cent placed. The highest package is of 32 LPA to 56 LPA last year, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiters like Visa and Amazon recruited the previous year. In regular cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys. 70 per cent internships and top roles like developer, tester are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, AC labs and digital boards in every classroom and a digital library too. The hostel is very good with a pleasant atmosphere, hygienic food, and every facility is available. Sports and games are encouraged. Special Zumba sessions for college hostellers are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful, supporting. The quality of teaching is good, but nowadays there is no requirement for teachers, students can study on their own. In our college, training sessions are conducted to enhance skills. The semester exams are not that difficult, and you can get easily above 80 per cent by studying. The pass percentage is above 90.
Other: I chose the course out of my own interest in computer science and to get into the software industry. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, everything is organised and conducted regularly in a grand way.

MRECW is known for its brand of academic.
Placements: 85 to 90 percent of students in our course get placed every year. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, TCS, Accenture, and Cognizant. The average package ranges from 3 to 5 LPA, the highest package being around 10 to 12 LPA. Many students also get internships in reputed IT companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides excellent infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The hostel facilities are clean, as I can say that because I have stayed in the hostel for 2 years. They provide good food, as in the morning we have 2 tiffins along with milk tea, and bread and jam are a part of the daily routine. In the evening, they provide 2 snacks, one of fruits and the other of oily food.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive and always encourage students to clarify doubts and take part in technical events. I am in 3rd year, and we even have a training for 50 days on the generation of AI, which is the best training. Faculty supported us in that training. For every academic year, we have 2 semesters and 4 mid-term exams, along with projects, case studies, assignments, and tutorials.
Other: I have chosen the course General CSE Computer Science and Engineering as I thought that the general CSE will be the core subject where the specializations can change by only a 10 per cent difference. I joined in the year 2023, and my total batch strength is 1800, and in that, only CSE students are 670.

For a female general category candidate, the CSE cutoff at MRECW closed around INR 31,000– INR 36,000 rank in TS EAMCET. You’ll need a rank better than ~36,000 to secure admission in 2025. For comparison, branches like IT close around 16,000, ECE around 32,000, and AI/DS around 27,000.
