Review of Malla Reddy Institute of Technology.

Placements: Less than 50% of students were placed. The highest salary package is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3.5 LPA. Wipro is the top recruiting company. Internships are not provided.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average but nice washrooms, a good library, very good ground to play, and labs with good infrastructure and advanced machines. The hostel provides good food. They keep the hostel clean and hygienic and are very expensive.

Faculty: Some of the faculty is good and some are worst. Curriculum does not make students industry-ready but they try. Pass percentage is above 70%. Semesters are very difficult.

I am dissatisfied compared to before covid.

Placements: When I was in 1st year, the placements were good. The highest salary package was 40 LPA to a CSE student offered by Facebook. Placements were reduced after the lockdown. The highest salary package is 5 to 6 LPA that too with least priority. Paid internships are provided.

Infrastructure: Compared to others the lab equipment for civil students is good. Infrastructure is above average. College hostel facilities are average. Sports and other activities were reduced compared to before covid.

Faculty: Some of the faculty members from the civil department are excellent they clarify every point and are too supportive. The pass percentage is 70 to 80%. As it is a JNTUH affiliated semester exam pattern follows the same as per JNTUH. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I have more interest in Civil. The best thing is the lab practicals improved my knowledge more. College management needs to improve the infrastructure, events, and extracurricular activities. Our college provides scholarships from the Telangana government.
