My college review with all problems I have faced.
Placements: The highest package is 8 LPA and 2 LPA is the lowest package in our college. Less than 5% of students got placed in college and more than 5 to 6 companies visit for placements. Infosys is the top recruiting company for our course, with 4% of students securing placements there in this financial year.
Infrastructure: We have old computers in our labs and only one lab has the latest computers, half of the computers are not working, which means features do not work. Wi-Fi is not working. Sports facilities are not good and canteen is average.
Faculty: Teachers have good experience and their teaching is very good. They do not take students seriously. Semester exams are university-based and are tough. The exam time is quite timely, some exams take place before the semester and others afterwards.
Other: College is not as good as it displays.

Good placements in this college with really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The college was perfect but the placements are not good. 20% is the placements rate here. Most students self study and get placed on their own. The highest package offered is 6 lacs and the lowest package is 3 lacs in this college. No top recruiting companies come in this college. Bachelor’s of Technology is best field for the students.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are available. Library is provided in the college having all the types of books for the students. The best thing in the library is that you can get the books issued and return them in 15 days, otherwise, charges are added in your account. Infrastructure is very nice.
Faculty: In this college, the best qualified and knowledgeable teachers having experience are hired. They explain everything in detail and with examples. The exams are semester-wise. The college’s passing score is 21 in the University with internal and external marks included.
Other: When I chose the college, several key factors influenced my decision. Firstly, the academic reputation and the variety of programs offered were crucial. I sought a college with strong faculty, modern facilities, and research opportunities in my field of interest. Additionally, the location of the college played a significant role. I wanted to be in a vibrant area with ample internship and job opportunities. Cost was another major consideration. The availability of scholarships and financial aid was essential for managing expenses. The campus culture and student life were also important; I wanted a diverse and inclusive environment with plenty of extracurricular activities. In terms of the admission process, it involved multiple steps. I had to take standardized tests to demonstrate my academic aptitude. Following that, there was a group discussion that evaluated my teamwork and leadership skills. Finally, an interview assessed my communication abilities and overall fit with the college’s ethos. These factors together made the college an ideal choice for my higher education journey.

All about my college and its features.
Placements: The placement cell is very active and helps me secure a job at a top IT company. In fact, over 90% of our batch gets placed, with average salaries ranging from 6-8 LPA. In my college, about 40% of students get placement. The highest package is approximately 9 to 12 LPA, the lowest package is approximately 3 LPA, and the average package is 4 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course include Infotech, Evolve Infotech, and many more. More than 70% of students get internships from the Computer Science course. The top roles offered in my course are data structure and algorithm in any language and OOP concepts.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is top-notch. If you're looking for a college that offers a great balance of academics, extracurricular activities
Faculty: All teachers are well-educated, PhD holders, and knowledgeable in their field of teaching. In all courses, our teachers make each student industry-ready. The semester examinations are a bit difficult because of the university level, and the pass percentage is above 80.
Other: I chose the course because of the many job opportunities, and I like the course and enjoy it for the long term. I hope to become a good and successful software engineer.

Malwa Institute of Technology does not have a fixed date to declare the semester exam results. Usually Malwa Institute of Technology conducts semester exams every 6 months and result is declared one month after exam is conducted on the official website in students section or result section.
