The institute needs a good placement cell and understand the needs of students.
Placements: There are a few chances for placements. No company visits the campus for civil engineering branch to offer placements. In 2019, Byju's visited our campus for the post of business development associate. No techinal and prestigious organisations visited our college in the last three years.
Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 12 acres. It has a central library with 20,000 books. Good quality labs are available to conduct experiments. High-tech labs are available. The annual sports and cultural festivals are held every year with full enthusiasm. A canteen is also available.
Faculty: Highly qualified teachers are available for teaching. Guest lectures given by expert faculty are good. The faculty members are very helpful and cheerful. Their communication skills are good, and they understand the queries of students. The management team does an excellent job.

Perfect in all terms except the placement.
Placements: The placements are very less because our management doesn't spend money on the campus drives. Sometimes the companies came on our campus, but their policies were worst as they ask for a 4-year bond. On an average, our campus placement is 20% to 25%. There is no training for the placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is perfect. In our infrastructure, the best thing is our library. And the second best thing is our canteen. We have a very good playground and good hostel facilities. We also have a good chemistry lab. The IBM lab is also the best part of our institution. But, we lack the auditorium.
Faculty: All the subject's faculty are available, but they are less experienced. We have almost all the practical equipment, but our faculty are less qualified. Most of the times our course is completed. The practicals are left out. Sometimes we are asked to do self-study. But I think that the condition here is much better than the government colleges.

Other: Our college is very good in all aspects but in terms of placement. There are good facilities provided in the hostel. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the campus. The campus is nice and has good infrastructure. It is the only college of engineering in the Mandsaur district.
