Good placements, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 8 LPA. The lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Cognizant, and HCL Technologies. Around 70 percent of students got internships from our course. Top roles offered were Software Developer and IT Project Coordinator.
Infrastructure: Our department had good infrastructure and well-equipped labs. Classrooms were spacious. It provided a comfortable environment. The library was well stocked and helpful for academic resources. Hostel facilities were good and clean, and medical and sports facilities were also good.
Faculty: Our teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The staff quality was good and easy to understand. The course curriculum was relevant and helped in gaining industry knowledge. The semester exams were moderately difficult. The overall pass percentage was 85–95% across semesters.
Other: I chose Computer Science for good IT career opportunities. It offered strong coding knowledge and placements. I wished there were more internship opportunities. The campus had good events, a friendly environment, and scholarships.

Our college provides more safety and excellent academics.
Placements: Our course has around 80 students. More than 45 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA> The lowest salary package offered in our course is 1 LPA - 2 LPA. Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Honeywell IT Solutions, etc. We got selected in Honeywell IT Solutions and many computer fields.
Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities like a large library, computer labs with Wi-Fi and more than 400 systems, a physics lab, a biology lab, a chemistry lab, and classrooms with projectors. The hostel is very good and very safe. The quality of the food is good. Our college places more importance on sports as well as academics. We have one of the neatly maintained canteens. It provides very healthy food items.
Faculty: All teachers are fully qualified in their respective courses. Each teacher is very talented. We feel free to ask doubts. The teaching quality is very good. The course is fully planned and exhibited by the Madurai Kamaraj University. It makes students get ready to face society and a competitive world. There is no difficulty in semester exams. The passing marks for semester exams are around 27 out of 75.
Other: I have more interest in learning about computers and their languages, so I chose this course. We can talk with computers through computer languages like C, C+, Java, Python, etc. Our college should provide AI-related courses. It will be more effective to deal with current technology. Our college conducts cultural events and inter-college meets for each department. Our college provides scholarship facilities. Sports days are conducted in our college to provide a better environment. Our college is fully surrounded by stress and small stone benches to relax. The campus will provide more peace for students and with high level of safety.

One of my best days ever (2022–2025).
Placements: During my college days, final-year students got many job opportunities from different companies. But in my final year, we received only consultant offers from the college, so most students did not go for job fairs. Other batches, however, received better companies and good roles.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was very good with lots of greenery on campus. The hostel was also good. The food provided was nice. There was a PT period like in school. Every week we had a games hour, which helped us stay active.
Faculty: Faculty was very supportive and close to my heart. Even after passing out, they still stay in touch. They are very friendly. Their teaching quality was very good and easy to understand for everyone. The course was also good. I studied a lot while enjoying my time.
Other: The fee structure was flexible, as we could pay in installments per semester. We were also allowed to participate in programs from other departments.
