There is no cutoff released but there is a list of candidates released who are eligible for written exam held on 9 October, 2022. There are around 500 students in the list. You can check you name in the list by clicking on the below link https://www.manipuruniv.ac.in/upload/admnBOTel6oct2022.pdf

Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55%(45% for SC/ST) marks in BSc (qualifying degree) and minimum 50 % marks in exam. Then cutoff will decide on basis of numbers of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.
