It has good and helpful faculty members and the best campus. I am satisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: At RGIT Mumbai, about 60-80% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA and the average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, L&T, Zycus, and Capgemini visit the college for placements. About 68% of students secure internships, mostly in software engineering roles.

Infrastructure: RGIT Mumbai offers well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, a library with Wi-Fi, sports facilities, and a cafeteria. The institute lacks on-campus hostels but assists with nearby PG accommodation. The canteen food is overall good, and basic medical aid is available.

Faculty: At Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RGIT) Mumbai, faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, particularly in the Computer Science and Information Technology departments. I'm satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure of our college.

Placements: Mechanical branch is considered as the best branch but the trend changes. Students of our course did not get placed with more than 9 LPA, but the computer and IT branch students got placed with high salary packages in tech companies. The recruiting companies are Walwo, Infosys, TCS, and many tech and marine companies. Placement cell is helpful for students to get a job or become industry ready.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It is situated near Versova, which is full of fish smell.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. All of them are Ph.D. holders, and most of them are from the 80s era. Students are getting less time to prepare for exams after the pandemic. Many of them are unable to complete the whole part of every module.

Other: Students of our college are working in many fields. It helps students to get industrial knowledge about airplanes and many more.

It is an average college for open caste students.

Placements: Around 80% of students get placements in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Most of them got placed but few of them were not placed. Companies offered junior roles to students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the canteen is great. Library provided is good. It is a raging-free campus. Wi-Fi is provided at a speed of 40 Mbps per device, which doesn't work well.

Faculty: Teachers in our college start teaching 10 days before exams. Unit tests are conducted for the namesake. Teachers are doing great in teaching but students should not fully depend on them to prepare for semester exams. I suggest students utilise YouTube a week before exams.

The college is pretty decent.

Placements: I'm studying in IT department, there are 120 plus students in this department. On campus placement package is average which is around 4 to 5 Lacs per annum. Many students do internship. Your offered roles depends on your skills. Overall College is good, but average placement, campus is small.

Infrastructure: The campus is small. But the infrastructure of the overall building is good. There is a common canteen for everyone. The food is okayish. Affordable. Student culture is also good. There are 6 floors in the building. Each floor allotted to each department.

Faculty: Personally IT faculty is very good. They are very friendly and understands student better. The overall course is good. It does make students industry ready if students pay attention to what they actually want to do. Exams are not that difficult. They are moderate.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in information technology. There should be more practical approach in my department. Fest happens once a year for 3 days. We enjoy it a lot.

Placements: I am from the Computer Engineering batch, and around 75–85 percent of students in my course are placed, with the highest package around 9–10 LPA, the average 3.5–4.5 LPA, and the lowest 2.5–3 LPA, while top recruiters included TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, L&T Infotech, Hexaware, and several Mumbai-based startups, and about 50–60 percent of students received internships from companies like TCS iON, Capgemini, Reliance Jio, L&T Infotech, Hexaware, and various local IT firms, with top roles offered as software engineer, web developer, Full Stack developer, data analyst, QA/Test engineer, IT support engineer, and for AI-related students, data science intern/associate.

Infrastructure: The college has a well-equipped library including central and departmental libraries, dedicated computer labs with good internet and IT infrastructure, a seminar hall for talks and pre-placement sessions, and an auditorium for college events.

Faculty: Most faculty members are M.E./M.Tech degree holders, a few are Ph.D. holders (mainly in CS and EXTC), and the best teaching departments, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and AI have better explanation skills, more teaching knowledge, friendly interaction, and are helpful during projects.

Other: The CS/IT departments have the best faculty in the college, labs are well-equipped, lectures are manageable, and teachers support students during projects, mini-projects, and exam preparation.
