Overall, this college is best for electrical and mechanical engineering.

Placements: Approximately 50% of students got placements through this college. The hostel life and college life are awesome. Some top companies which recruited students from here were L&T, Tata, Usha, etc. This college is best for electrical engineering.

Infrastructure: All things are good here, ranging from classrooms to hostel. There are two hostels, and one is for girls, while another one is for boys. The classrooms look like new, and the table, desk and chairs are made up of good material. So, cheap quality products are not used in our college. The food served in the canteen is also tasty, and you can get it at a very low price than outside.

Faculty: In this college, the teachers are qualified, and some of them have studied from IIT Kharagpur. The maximum teachers are from Jadavpur University, and their way of teaching is also nice. I love studying at this college during my tenure, and our principal is also good and helpful. Here the teachers are very good. You will love to do a diploma here.

Other: Our college is best for electrical engineering, so I chose this college. Moreover, I had an aim to become an electrical engineer.

Review of MBC Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Around 75-85% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs 5,000 per month by L&T. The top recruiting companies were Minsole Limited, Yazaki India Limited, etc. The minimum salary offered ranges from 1.2 LPA - 1.5 LPA. The average salary offered was given by Tata Power, GE power, and some other companies i.e 3.4 LPA - 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were L&T, Shyan Steel, Tata Power, GE Power, etc. Almost 45% of students got internships from Shyam Steel, L&T, Valeo Lighting, etc. The top roles offered in our course were diploma senior engineer, electrical project head, electrical manager, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure were good. It provides free Wi-Fi in this college and hostel campus for the whole day. The classrooms were well-decorated and cleaned regularly. The sitting arrangements were very good. Classrooms had one screen share projector set up. The laboratories had all types of equipment like modern machinery, motors, etc. The library was well stocked, and all types of books were available. The hostels had large and clean living rooms, with clean washrooms attached, and fresh water supply for the whole day. The quality of food in the canteen was good. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was available, and the food was tasty and hygienic. The hospital was provided. It provides a large playground for outdoor sports and a gym was also available on the campus.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and highly qualified. All teachers had M.Tech degrees while some of them had Ph.D. also. They were extremely knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was good. The course was very relevant, and it makes students ready for industries. The semester exams were moderate types, students need to study well for the whole semester and attend regular theory and laboratory classes to pass with good marks. The pass percentage was 77-83% for every semester.

Other: I opted for this course to learn the electrical machines well. In West Bengal, this is the best government. Polytechnic college to study diploma courses and I got this college after giving the JEXPO exam. My aim is to get good jobs in companies like Shyam Steel, Tata Power, or L&T. The best thing about the course was every single, and chapter was covered nicely in this course. I suggest some more workshops and industrial visits should be added with this course for improvement of the course. Events and tech fests were held in January after the end of odd semester exams every year. Scholarships, Asha-Jyoti scholarships, etc., were some of the scholarships provided to the students who had minimum 75% in class 10 board exams or belong to poor families to help in their study expenses. Annual sports, drawing events, quiz events, etc., were conducted in this college.

The quality of education provided is better than that in other colleges.

Placements: Around 75% of students get placed according to seniors, and some of them went for higher education. The highest salary is 24,000 per month, and the average salary is 18,000 per month. I don't know all the companies' names, but I heard some students got jobs in companies like Tata Motors and Ardent. All students got internships. Half of the students got internships in DPL, and the rest in Ardent.

Infrastructure: There is a large lab for our department compared to other colleges. The library is very old and has all the necessary books. Classrooms are average. I am not a hostel student, however, I heard the hostel facilities are average in both boys' and girls' hostels.

Faculty: Our teachers in the Electrical Department are very helpful. In the college, there are mentor teachers for every student. Our teachers are super qualified and very experienced. They have good teaching quality. Semester exams are not that difficult. To pass the exams, we must study well and attend classes daily. The pass percentage in our college is above 95%.

Other: I chose the Electrical course because, compared to other departments, Electrical is better in the college. It is my passion to learn an Electrical course. I recommend that anyone who wants to pursue a Diploma in Electrical Engineering should learn AutoCAD Electrical.
