Chaotically, the best college life.
Placements: Almost 90% students got the placement and in good companies. They are earning well, learning a lot of things, and gaining experience. Starting salary is also good, and they are very happy with the placements. I am also sure I will get the placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. College is very big and spacious. There are different buildings for different courses. Every building is different, and every floor has clean washrooms. Labs related to the course. We also have libraries. Classrooms are big and nice.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They teach us very well. They are highly qualified. They are very supportive. We have 5 classes a day, and the curriculum is very flexible for us. They teach us nicely and get us industry-ready. Exams are also nice, they are difficult, but they teach us well.
Other: This is the best course for PCM students, I think. This field is very vast and has lots of opportunities. College life is hectic here. We enjoy our fests, and the crowd is amazing.

My experience of MERI-CET.
Placements: If we talk about the placement scenario, I mean, there is a gradual or proper difference between the students who are actually skilled and industry-level ready. The students who are just bookrats and don't even know the reality and the ground scene of a job.
Infrastructure: The classrooms in Haryana have been a bit off in the last year, I mean, the switches, light sockets, some of them, or you must say most of them, are in terrible condition, but as of now, the class infrastructure is starting to go on a good track. The preparation and maintenance are going on well, but it needs to speed up.
Faculty: The curriculum, according to me, is fine enough. We can easily pass the exam if we start to study one to two weeks before the semester ends, but it's kind of a risky move. Anyway, somehow I landed 2 back in semester 1, and I didn't repeat that mistake in semester 2. It's flexible, easy, but don't take it too much for fun, otherwise you have to pay the price in the form of an exam back.
Other: Variety of crowd, variety of thoughts, ideas, clashes, and enjoyment.

The real phase of college life.
Placements: As of now, what I have seen throughout my first year is that I don't see most of the seniors for campus placements. There are very few chances to spot a 4th-year student on a non-examination day. Many of my seniors told juniors to prepare ourselves for their future betterment, and there is no guarantee that college will give us placement with a high-end package. However, it's all on us.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is totally messed up. Most of the classroom requires renovation. It also needs to improve the lighting in classrooms, along with tables and benches. It has switchboards, but some of them are broken. Fan conditions in classrooms are okay, but in the canteen, they are totally dead.
Faculty: Few teachers are helpful with a good nature compared to others. Sessionals are quite easy as they consist of half or sometimes a quarter of the syllabus. However, the end semester exam is kind of tricky and difficult to pass. The exam pattern is kind of different from LPU as compared to MDU.
Other: If students want to take admission in this college, then things they should know before joining are that 2-day classes are held in the Janakpuri campus, most probably for 3-4 hours. 2-day classes are held in the Sampla (Haryana)campus timings from 9 AM to 3 PM. Buses are provided if classes are held in the Sampla (Haryana) campus. Bus facilities are absolutely trash in the examination period. It is totally messed up when students board the bus. It always charges some money when we go to the Haryana campus. The food in the canteen tastes bad, so students should avoid it.

Good teachers, poor staff and management, not satisfied with infrastructure.
Placements: 50-70% of students were placed in my course. BBA has the highest package in this college at 14 LPA. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Google, Airtel, Samsung, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank are prominent. Almost 75% of placements are in companies like Times of India and Argyle in HR, marketing, and finance.
Infrastructure: There are labs and gymnasiums, but they are not in good condition. Wi-Fi service is available in libraries, but we usually don’t get Wi-Fi outside of that. There is only a girls' hostel. Sports and games events are organized annually, and we can play whenever we want by borrowing sports equipment.
Faculty: Teachers are great and knowledgeable; their behavior towards students is also good. However, there should be more practical experiences. Semester exams are not really tough; you can pass them with just enough studying—about 40% is sufficient.
Other: I chose this because I wanted to pursue a career in management. Practical industry experiences are valuable. Everything else is great.

Placements: MERI has an active placement cell that invites reputed companies for campus placements. Comapnies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HDFC Bank are known to recruit from MERI. The Career Development Center conducts coding tests, mock technical interviews, and provides training in aptitude and programming skills.
Infrastructure: Facilities include computer labs, smart classrooms, and a digital library. College provides seminars, workshops, and practical training. A final-year project is mandatory and carries significant weight. Students are required to develop a complete software/application under faculty supervision.
Faculty: A highly qualified faculty team provides student support and covers core subjects, advanced topics, internships, practical learning, and project work. Internal assessment includes 25% and 75% end-semester exams. We can build communication skills and practice about business and management.

Good facilities and value for money.
Placements: There are 60% of students who got placed. The average package is 3 LPA and the highest is 6 LPA. TCS and Ogrid are the top companies. About 90% of students got internships. The top roles offered by our college are in marketing and sales. Overall, placements are offered, but clearing and grabbing the opportunities is all on the students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on every floor, and classrooms are very clean, with AC in every classroom. Labs are for computer subjects, and there are three days of lab classes. The hostel is on the 7th floor, and all facilities are provided to the students, with some rules in place to maintain discipline.
Faculty: No doubt the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but they do not give much attention to students; their main motive is to cover the syllabus. Yes, the course is relevant because we can build a career in marketing, sales, and HR. The semesters are a little difficult, and the passing percentage is 40%.
