College has good placement opportunities, decent infrastructure, and an active campus life.
Placements: I am pursuing an MCA from Nalanda Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, from 2023-2025. Around 75-80% of students get placed with packages ranging from ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA, with the average package being ₹4.5-5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Capgemini. Major roles offered are software developer, web developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: MCA department offers smart classrooms, Wi-Fi-enabled labs, and a well-stocked digital library. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and 24/7 utilities, while mess food is average and the canteen is better. Basic medical support and good sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and supportive, with good subject knowledge and a practical approach. The curriculum is mostly relevant and includes industry-oriented subjects, helping students become job-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, with a pass percentage of around 85-90%.
Other: I'm from the MCA 2023-2025 batch at Nalanda Institute of Technology, and I chose it for its focus on IT and development skills. The course offers good project exposure, though more industry tie-ups and practical training would enhance it. The campus has vibrant fests, decent connectivity, peaceful surroundings, and active extracurricular participation.

Review of Nalanda Institute of Technology.
Placements: 25% of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 7.5 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The recruiting companies in my course are Tech Mahindra, Tecczex, and Spikewell. Analyst, research analyst, and developer roles are offered in our course. Only 30% of students got an internship chance.
Infrastructure: Very good facilities and infrastructure. Our hostels and colleges have classrooms, library, and all have good infrastructure. The quality of the hostel, food is also very good & tasty. They have medical facilities, and also have a very good sports playground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to all the students. The teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum is relevant. They give us hands-on experience in the industry, so it will be helpful to us. The semester exams are good, and it is not as difficult as our faculty always completes the course.

My college, as I feel, shared on Shiksha.
Placements: In our course, approximately 50% of students are placed through college placement. Top recruiting companies of our course are AEC PVT LIMITED, JSW, SUROJ BUILDCON, etc. The top role offered in our course is Jr. Engineer. The highest package is 4 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. There is no internship provided by our course in this college. I don’t have much more information about that because I am in the 2nd year.
Infrastructure: There are average facilities available in our department. For example, there is no AC in classrooms and labs. A very limited number of equipment is available in our department, which is not enough to learn all the things. There is one library also available in our college, but only limited books are available. Hostel food was average, meaning it’s acceptable, and hostel rooms are small, but they are comfortable for 3 members in one room. Some sports facilities are available in the hostel, like cricket, volleyball, and an open gym.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in solving doubts, and all have at least a Master's qualification. Their knowledge is also good, and the teaching quality is good. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant to being industry-ready, but it depends upon the student and how they will learn. The semester exam is a little bit difficult, but if you practice all the previous year's questions and answers, you will definitely get better results. The passing percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the civil engineering field. The best thing in our course was that what you learn in the course, you can apply in your real life. I wish to improve the classroom, hostel room, and lab facilities. There are annual functions and annual sports every year in February. Scholarships are also available according to your caste and family income. There are no extracurricular activities celebrated in this college.

All things are good in our academy.
Placements: 80-90% of students were placed in our course. The lowest salary is Rs. 30,000. The highest is 1.2 lacs. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. 30-40% of students got internships from our course in IBM companies in Hyderabad, Bengaluru.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our hostel. The college has good classrooms and a library. The hostel has satisfying things which make students easy in all quality. The college and hostel have good and satisfactory facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The procedures and learning experiences are relevant to the industry. Student circulation is moderate during the semester exams, and the passing percentage is 40%. The college is good.
Other: I opted for this course because I have an interest in this course. All things are good in our course.

In our course, there are more placements. Good infrastructure but we need improvement.
Placements: 90% of students got placed. The highest salary was 5 LPA to 15 LPA. The lowest salary was Rs 30,000 per month. Google and Microsoft were the top companies. 30 to 40% of students got internships. Practicals were compulsory. Attendance was compulsory and regular notes were checked.
Infrastructure: In our course, more advanced courses were available and provided high-speed Wi-Fi. Maximum books were available in our library and allowed during college time for reading external studies. Hostel was very clean and canteen provided hygienic food.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful to us. They were friendly and provided doubt-clearing classes. Some teachers come from IIT Bombay and Khadakpur, and some teachers have completed their Ph.D. degrees. Semester exams were so difficult, and pass percentage was 30%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a software engineer. We need some instruments for experiments.

I think the infrastructure should be improved and it doesn't have value for money.
Placements: Fewer companies came for campus placements last year. Around 25 students got selected among 350, so my recommendation is to prepare yourself to get an off-campus job. Otherwise, you will be unemployed, so try to work hard and don't depend on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: Food is very bad for hostelers. There is a fast food center which is better than the canteen food. Students already gave money for food but still, they have to buy given the money for food but still, you have to buy food from outside because you can't eat this kind of food. It is harmful to your body so be serious about your health.
Faculty: Exams are conducted with a very strict procedure. It conducts many tests so that it will help students secure good marks in academics as well as in any kind of competitions, hackathons, etc. The study program is very good. It is the only thing that is good. I'm impressed.
