B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2024

Partially satisfied because of the faculty members and facilities.
Placements: I am an EEE graduate from this college. For EEE graduates, placements are very weak. They can't bring good companies to us. Small startup companies will come every year with the worst roles. Every company can't offer more than 3 LPA. For our EEE graduates, the top company we get is Lybsis Inc., the top role is solar technical analyst. Our college charges Rs. 30,000 for providing placements to students. Whether it is a good or bad company, you need to pay Rs. 30,000 after being placed in any company. 20 out of 120 candidates selected in our batch. Most of them are not interested in those companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure will be average. We have a good library with good books. Wi-Fi is not there. Labs are good. But there's no use in having good labs. Because faculty members don't teach how to do activities in the lab, we can copy the values. Not every lab in charge is like that. 3 out of 10 lab in charges are good and genuine. I am a day scholar. But according to my information, hostel food is average. For the hostel, they are charging more money per year. After the first year of college, most of the students vacate the hostel and choose to live outside.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified. 70 percent of faculty members in EEE are knowledgeable. But the course in our college is easy. Mostly we studied an outdated syllabus. It doesn't make it industry-ready. Mostly, exams are also easy. I didn't fail at least in one subject in my B.Tech. But, sometimes they fail students when they need money. Even though I performed well in exams, they may fail you for the sake of the supply fee or for the sake of the evaluation fee.
Other: I chose this college to crack a government job after my course. The best thing about this course is that we can easily complete this course in our college without stress. I wish to change the syllabus. Events and fests are the worst in my opinion. They collect more money for fests. But spend 40 percent of the collected money. The remaining money they will loot. But if a student wants to join engineering in Narasaraopet city. Our college is the best among all colleges in Narasaraopet. Out of the students from Narasaraopet city. I will not recommend this college.

The best college and a number of facilities for students.
Placements: In my course, Computer Science and Engineering, there are nearly 250 students. Of the 250 students, 50 are placed. The lowest package is 3 LPA, and the highest package is 6 LPA. The top company that hires many people is Savanti's Solutions. All students are getting internships for different platforms like DataVally. The top role offering in my course has been developed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very pleasant and cool. In the hostel, Wi-Fi is available, outing is available, canteen is available, and stationery, all the things that students need are available on my campus. Food is very hygienic. Morning tiffin, afternoon lunch with 2 curries, evening snacks and night dinner with curry, sambar, curd with pickles.
Faculty: All faculty members are highly talented and experienced in my course. They are always supporting students. The teaching is in a very understandable way for students. They conduct daily tests, assignments and seminars. They teach in an industrial style. The semester exams are some easy and some difficult, which means the questions they ask in semesters are directly related.
Other: I'm choosing Computer Science and Engineering because it is a very demanding and high-weightage course, and the future will be for CSE. They conduct events, workshops, and connectivity programmes.

Strong infrastructure and decent placements, but faculty support needs improvement.
Placements: I am from the 2020 to 2025 B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering batch. In our course, 75 to 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 3.2LPA, and the average package stood at 5 to 6LPA. Some of the top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and HCL, along with a few product based startups. 60% of students got internships, mostly through companies like TCS iON, Infosys Springboard, Cognizant, Wipro, and some local startups via college tie ups.
Infrastructure: Our CSE department has good facilities overall. The labs are well equipped with updated systems, reliable internet, and the whole campus had Wi-Fi access. Classrooms are spacious with projectors and decent seating. The library is well maintained with a good collection of technical books, journals, and e resources. In terms of hostel facilities, rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, though sometimes a bit crowded. The mess food is average. Manageable, but not great , the canteen has better options and variety. The college provided basic medical facilities with a doctor on call and tie ups with nearby hospital for emergencies.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, especially in core subjects like Data Structures, Databases, and Operation Systems. The teaching quality varied from faculty to faculty. Some explained concepts very clearly, while others relied more on traditional methods. The course curriculum was largely aligned with the university syllabus, which covered the fundamentals well but is a bit outdated in terms of the latest industry trends. Additional certification, workshops, and coding practice are needed to become truly industry ready.
Other: I am from the 2020 to 2025 B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering batch. I chose this course because of my interest in programming, problem solving, and the growing opportunities in the IT sector. The best things about my course are the exposure to multiple programming languages, access to computer labs, and opportunities to participate in coding contests, hackathons, and workshops. It helped me build a good foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects. At the same time, there is room for improvement in the curriculum update, especially in adding more industry oriented subjects like AI, Cloud Computing, and DevOps as part of the main syllabus.

Narasaraopeta Engineering College fosters innovation, excellence, and bright careers for students.
Placements: Maybe about 95% of students will be considered good in our branch. 11 LPA is the highest package, and 4 LPA is the lowest package of our college. Accenture, Infosys, Oracle, etc. Almost all students from Infosys and Accenture are software developers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in lab sessions only, not in the classrooms. The labs are organized with a well-structured infrastructure and systems for work. Classrooms are big and neat to survive. In the library, we have to choose from many books to gain pace and knowledge.
Faculty: Teachers are almost all with doctorates. The teaching quality is very understandable and easy to learn. It's relevant to the curriculum. Yes, of course, it will get students ready for the industry by making some core projects. Semester exams are almost impossible, but it's easy to achieve them because of our faculty's method of teaching.
Other: Computer Science and Engineering is the standard branch in software. I think it has better opportunities compared to other branches. I would like to improve my communication skills and well-prepared coding skills.

Review of Narasaraopeta Engineering College (Autonomous).
Placements: Students from the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering course get placed in our college. The highest package is 14 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS. Roles like web developer, Python developer, and Java developer are offered here. In computer science and engineering, more jobs are offered compared to other courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is excellent. The infrastructure of our hostel is nice, and it provides good food with morning milk and evening snacks. Overall our course and college hostel is nice and excellent.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable at Narasaraopet Engineering College. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy and not difficult. Faculty members are teaching well.
Other: I chose the Computer Science and Engineering course because it has many opportunities. It has more offers, which is the best thing in my course. Coding should be improved in my course. Events, fests, and extracurricular activities are held. Scholarships are available here.

Think NEC think placements.
Placements: Placements are good only for topper students. Normal students have a low salary package that's not sufficient. The highest package of college is 14.5LPA and the lowest package of college is 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are mechanical software designers, our college's top role offered is in software.
Infrastructure: Our college has different laboratories, none of which depend on the other department's labs. All departments' books are available in the library. In the hostel, good quality food is provided. Weekly 2 twice government nurses come to our college to supply tablets.
Faculty: Teachers are not the most knowledgeable, but they teach what we want to know. Teachers collaborate with students. The curriculum is relevant to the course, and it makes the students industry-ready. In semester exams, sometimes it comes out of the syllabus. The pass percentage of college is 74%.
