Yes, it is worth joining the National Institute of Bank Management as it has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and offers AICTE-approved courses to students. Yes, entrance exam is completely mandatory for admission to NIBM Pune. Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores obtained in either CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GRE or GMAT entrance exams. The entrance exams carries a total weightage of 35% in the entire selection process.

NIBM cutoff 2024 was released based on CAT and CMAT percentiles, for candidates seeking admission to PGDM. The cutoff among the General AI category candidates was closeda at 85 based on CAT. For candidates seeking admission through CMAT, the cutoff percentile was closed at 50, among the General AI category candidates. 

To get a seat at NIBM for PGDM in Banking and Financial Services, candidate must have a valid percentile in the CAT or CMAT exam. The last round cutoff for admission on the basis of CAT among the General AI category candidates was 50. 

For candidates seeking admission to the college on the basis of CMAT, the last round closing percentile was 85.
