| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 / II PUC with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English papers individually and must have obtained a minimum of mentioned aggregate marks in PCB papers from a recognized board. The candidate belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes shall obtain mentioned marks in PCB papers together in the qualifying examination. Mentioned SC/ST/OBC eligibility criteria are applicable to karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates only. Result awaited candidates can also apply. |

| GNM | Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 examination with English and must have obtained mentioned marks at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with English having mentioned marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing council OR 10+2 with English having same mentioned marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre, are also Eligible. (Note: 5% is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.) |
