NGP, Patna-13 is a well-known government Diploma engineering college.

Placements: Up to 80 percent of students get placed each year. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 1 LPA. Maruti Suzuki gives more packages, and Tata provides more placement. Students get internships by paying a fee to companies. A diploma trainee is the most offered role in my course.

Infrastructure: The college is not too good. There is a library and Wi-Fi service is available but Wi-Fi works only 3 days a week. The mess facility is available but there is no hygiene. We always found insects in food and too many oily foods provided. The hostel bathroom condition is too bad, there is no privacy.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified but do not usually run. College is not only about getting a degree. The semester exam is moderate. The teachers at New Government Polytechnic Patna-13 are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most faculty members have good technical knowledge and experience in their respective fields. They focus on both theoretical and practical learning especially in labs and workshops. The teaching quality is good for a diploma-level college and teachers are supportive when students ask doubts. The semester exams are moderately difficult. If a student attends classes regularly and studies properly.

Other: My course provides a higher percentage of placement. Regular classes should run, the lab routine should be followed, and the Wi-Fi facility should be provided. Events and fests are conducted every year, and 3 times a year sports are conducted.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available with good internet. Speed is approximately 50MB. Approximately 20 labs are available in the college. The library is fully air-conditioned. Almost all subject books are available in college. The hostel is available for boys and girls. Hostel facilities provide a water supply that is available every time, and electricity is available 24/7.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Good teaching quality. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy. 40% is the passing percentage. College is very good. Approximately 40 teachers are available in the college.

My college is the best, and the hostel is also the best.

Placements: My course is mechanical engineering in Diploma, and 80% students are enrolled in this course. The highest package of my college is 3.75 LPA, and the lowest is 2.75 LPA. Approximately 80% students got internships in this course, and many companies like TISCO, Maruti Suzuki, etc.

Infrastructure: In my college and hostel, high-speed Wi-Fi is present, which helps us. Many smartboards are present, and high-quality benches and hostel food are decent, not the best, and it charges Rs. 30,000 per semester, which is expensive, and medical facilities are present in my college.

Faculty: My college teachers help us and are qualified Ph.D. holders and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is also the best. The course curriculum is also relevant for me, and students are also ready. Semester exam is very difficult, and passing percentage is 75% in the examination.

Other: I chose this course because I love engineering in mechanical, and the best thing about this is welding. Many events are held in my college, like freshers and farewell.

All facilities are good. I like them.

Placements: About 80% of students got placement in my college. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies that hire our students are Wipro, Bluestar, Tata, Mahindra Aerospace, and many more. Everyone gets an internship every semester.

Infrastructure: All facilities are provided by the government like smart board, mike, Wi-Fi, and labs with all facilities, and also a library in which books are provided free. College has medical facilities, sports facilities, etc. Hostels are fully tile finished with 24*7 light.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified; they have cleared BPSC before coming here. Our course is designed to make students fit for industrial purposes. The semester exams are easy, and 90% of all students clear them easily. The syllabus is hard but can be easily understandable.

Other: I chose this course because it offers engineering after 10th or matriculation, which is a big thing, you do not need to do intermediate.

The college is awesome and you should join it.

Placements: The percentage of student placed or get placement is about 80 percentage. The highest package is 5 Lacs and the lowest is 3 Lacs in this session. Top recruiting companies are honda, wipro, GEaerospace, tata motors, mahindra, suzuki and blue star etc. Top roles offered is engineering.

Infrastructure: All facilities are provided by the government, like Wi-Fi in the whole campus, labs, classrooms with AC, smartboard, microphone, internet, and proper lights in classrooms. The quality of food is only acceptable, not top quality, according to price. College has sports and medical facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, they have cleared BPSC, and then come here to teach. The course is totally relevant because it helps students prepare for industry use. The course can be done after the 10th. The exams are easy and can be cracked easily.

Other: I chose this course because it allows us to do engineering after 10th, and we do not need to complete 12th. The thing that can be improved is food quality.

Good placement every year. Good infrastructure and facilities. The college is very good.

Placements: Almost 70% of students are placed in my course, mechanical engineering. The highest package offered in my course is 4.75 LPA. The lowest package offered in my course is 2 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Companies recruiting for my course include Tata Motors, Suzuki, L&T, MRF Tyres, Reliance Jio, BSNL, Blue Star, GE Aerospace, etc. 60% of students got internships from my course in Tata Motors and other companies. Junior engineer roles are offered in my course.

Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure are available for my course. Wi-Fi is available 24/7 in the college and hostel campus. The library is available on my college campus. It is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it provides books for semester reading. The entire library is AC-fitted. Each classroom contains a smart board, many fans, and AC. CCTV cameras are also installed. For every subject, a lab is available. Four hostels are available for students, one for girls and three for boys. Hostel and mess fees are 4500 monthly. The quality of the mess food is average. There is a purified water supply and an electricity supply in the hostel at all times.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. The curriculum is very good, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult in this college. The pass percentage is 40%. Exams are conducted every 6 months.

Other: I chose this course because it is value for money. Events like fresher parties, farewell parties, etc., are organized. PMS scholarships are given for ST, SC, and EBC caste students.

Candidate must have passed Secondary Examination or equivalent 10th class examination conducted by Bihar School Examination Board. Applicants who have appeared in the secondary examination or equivalent examination of the year 2024 are also eligible for the Polytechnic Engineering course, but on the basis of this examination, it is necessary to pass it by the date of commencement of the first counselling. Note:Other conditions of AICTE may be applicable as specified by the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education, Bihar. There is no maximum or minimum age limit. Medical examination will be done of selected candidate for admission. The Candidate will be given admission only if found eligible in the medical examination and Separate fee will be payable for health test.
