Placements: Placement percentage rate is quite low from the college, but their portfolio development process is quite detailed, which can provide job offers on our own. The average package ranges between 2.5 and 6.85 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Rajlakshmi Private Limited, etc., offer more jobs under the merchandising unit. All students got internships as it is a part of the curriculum. Top roles offered are VM, merchandiser, and sales executive.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is good, offering particular subject labs, especially CAD room, pattern lab, construction lab, and a library on multiple floors. Classrooms have projectors that make it easier for detailed and visual classes. There is no canteen in the college.

Faculty: Best part of college is its faculty members. They are very helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is great in terms of practical life examples. Course curriculum is quite updated with industry-level knowledge. Semester exams are divided into internal and external examinations, including jury presentations and in-house digital examinations.

Other: Several in-house exhibitions and fashion shows take place, which makes students tackle real-world and industrial work.

I think my skills have improved a lot; we learn many things in this course.

Placements: From my college, 15% of students are getting placed at good companies at a time. Then again, when the interview happens, they can offer positions; there are good brands that come for the placement drive, and it is nice. All we need for the students to crack the interviews is to gain knowledge; if you have it, then it's easy for you to get a job.

Infrastructure: The college is a bit small, but the education level there is very good. We have about 3 floors for the fashion department and 1 floor for the interior department, and we have full AC everywhere. The place is small, not that open, but except for that, everything is very nice.

Faculty: Faculty members are very nice. We learn a lot of things in this course, which makes us very good at our work and prepares us well. The faculty members make us ready to face the outer world; they are very professional and dedicated to what they do, and I love that about them. They guide us very well.

A hostel should be made for students.

Placements: Companies like Calvin Klein, Sabyasachi, etc., hire students. The lowest package is offered by M Bazaar, and no one wants to go there. Last year, students were not satisfied, but this year they are because they have added a nice recruiter.

Infrastructure: In total, there are 4 floors, 3 for the FD department and 1 for the ID department. It has sewing, patterns, computer labs, a library, and the rest are classrooms. Wi-Fi is present on each floor. It looks like an office because of the glass interior.

Faculty: Semester exams are not that tough if we study. Faculty members make us work at the industry level, so we have to work a lot. Teachers are helpful, but in every single college, there is a problem with selected people, and we also have the same.

Other: I wanted to do FD as it was my dream, so I chose it.

Best institute for fashion & interior.

Placements: Almost 100% students are placed with luxury brands and big export houses and design studios. In the final year of their studies, students are being sent for placements with a number big brands. Internships are where students gets a glimpse of how the things works in real life and INIFD Salt lake is the best institute in providing internships with big brands where students start their career as intern and almost all of them have completed internships successfully and being hired by the same company. In fashion designing, students are working in different fields such as designing, merchandising, production, graphics designing, fashion consultants, etc. For all those fields proper training and preparation is being done before the interviews. In interior designing, there is a huge scope for budding interior designers. Students are placed bigger real estate brands with good salary package as a fresher.

Infrastructure: INIFD has one of most professional ambiance along with a great environment for growing creative space. Classrooms are well organised and gives a very positives vibe for studies. The library has really good collections of books related to the specific fields and interests. Not only course related but books on motivation, personality development, spoken English and a lot more. INIFD Salt Lake has a high quality pattern making and stitching lab with electrical stitching machines. INIFD has a wide computer lab where computer and graphics designing classes are conducted.

Faculty: Quality faculty and training. One can pursue various courses related to fashion & interior designing. The modules covers fashion foundation, basics of fashion, history of fashion, elements of textile, fashion illustration & figure drawing, pattern development, garment construction, costume appreciation, embroidery & surface ornamentation, CAD, fashion marketing & communication, Study of apparel marketing, manufacturing care & renovation process, technical fashion sketches and a lot more.

Inter National Institute of Fashion Designing (NIF Global Saltlake ), Saltlake.

It is one of the best Send designing and interior designing colleges in Kolkata.

It has Been awarded as platinum of India.

The fee structure is between 2.5 lac to 6 lac.

Placements are also good about 80% of the students got placed and the average salary they got is between INR 15,000 per month to 35000 per month. In top fashion brands of India including Van Hussein, Louis Philippe, and many more.
