NIT Sikkim BTech programme isn’t ranked internationally. However the BTEch programmehas been ranked under National Institutional Ranking Framework, NIRF. NIRF is an approved by the MHRD and was launched by Honourable Minister of Human Resource Development on 29th of September 2015. JEE Main exam dates for BTech programme for admission to NIT Sikkim was scheduled for Jan 24, which is tentative. The seat intake for MTech programme in NIT Sikkim is divided among the specialisation offered by the MTech programme. National Institute of Technology, Sikkim was established in 2010.  As per the ranking, the institute falls in the 151-200 rank band, as per NIRF 2023 rankings of Tech Colleges.
