NIT Srinagar Scholarship Details ,

Placements: 75 percent of students, or 3 in every 4 students from NIT Srinagar, are placed. From Oracle to Samsung, various core companies come to our campus, and students are offered in excess of 20 LPA. Overall, the highest placement from NIT Srinagar is around 36 LPA.

Placements: In my field, in particular, there are the maximum placements among all courses. So, almost 85% of students get placed. Many good companies also arrive. This semester, Microsoft came to the campus. Many companies like Razorpay and Visa, along with many more, have arrived. Software engineer roles are offered. Basically, they look at the skills.

Placements: Around 50% of students were placed in the previous batch. The internship percentage was actually very high, with the figures released by the college showing 122% for Chemical Engineering specifically and 107% for overall branches. The placement percentage is low because most students go for master's degrees.

Placements: 80 percent of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 11 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. Top companies like Vedanta hire from our college. 95 percent of students got internships from our college. The top role offered in my college is project manager.

Placements: In this academic year, the placements are average. Overall, approximately 70-80% students got placed. In my Metallurgy branch, almost 90+% students got placed with the highest package of 15.5 LPA. Average salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the median was 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are JSW, Vedanta, and many more. Almost all the students got internship offers.

Placements: Overall placement rate of our department is 35-45 percent. The highest package is 14LPA, the lowest is 2.8 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA. Companies that visit our campus for placement such as NTPC, DRDO, HPCL, etc. 15 percent of students got internships from the companies that visit our campus. Top roles offered are process engineer, production engineer, plant engineer, etc.
