Good placement in 2025, and facilities are good. Infrastructure is not upto the mark.

Infrastructure: Our college has good hostel but number of students per room is 5-6 which is too much. Wi-Fi and lawns are available in the room, and they provide good connectivity. Mess food has a variety but taste is average as all the mess thing you know. Medical facilities are provided.

NIT Srinagar College review

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are excellent. The campus has a well-dedicated central library, Wi-Fi-enabled areas, and digital classrooms. Hostel quality is awesome, with tasty food in the mess and canteen. There is a multi-sports complex.

For civil engineering, this college is not preferable because placements are not good for it.

Infrastructure: The hostel rooms are below average; a single room is occupied by 5 students. Labs are good but not well-equipped; we can say they are decent. The library is very small; it can't hold more than 100 students at a time and also books are very limited. Overall, it's bad for those who are thinking that they will get space or books rather than engineering. In the hostel, the food quality is decent. The facilities like water, Wi-Fi, etc., are very bad. Medical facilities are excellent. Sports are decen...

NIT Srinagar : A beautiful college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good as it is one of the premier institutions in the Kashmir valley. Almost every facility is provided, be it Wi-Fi, sports, hostel, and labs. I can say everything because it is the topmost engineering college in Jammu & Kashmir and a well-established library is also available.

A college worth choosing if we overlook the mess food.

Infrastructure: Library capacity for students is very low. Wi-Fi has less speed. Classrooms are good, and labs are well-developed. Hostel food is not that tasty sometimes. The canteen food is good and hygienic. We have a dedicated medical center working hard for students day and night. Sports and games are on a scale of 4 out of 10.

NIT Srinagar review in general.

Infrastructure: In general, teachers are good, but due to lack of facilities and advanced labs, they can't give their best. The library is good enough for studying but is very small. Hostels are not good; in one room, there are 5 boys, and there is total chaos and confusion the whole day. Sports, canteen, and medical care are good.

NIT Srinagar is a good choice.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is very good. We have separate labs for different subjects. Also, Wi-Fi is available 24X7, and we enjoyed very much here. Hostel facilities are also very good. We enjoyed a nature view from the hostel rooms are double. Mess food is also good.

I am satisfied with this college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are so good, every classroom has Smartboards, and there are several labs. There are many libraries in the college, and each hostel is everyone allotted. There is Wi-Fi facilities are given to each hostel. The food quality is also good here.

The campus is beautiful, and the mountains look so good in winter.

Infrastructure: The library is small in size, and many students aren't able to benefit from the library because of its space. Wi-Fi and internet facilities are average. Rooms and classrooms are provided with the internet. The mess food is not good, and the canteen is also not good. They use bad oil for frying, and overall hygiene is very low. The drainage of the whole NIT is very poor. On rainy days, the roads are covered with water.

NIT Srinagar is just about right.

Infrastructure: It is good for us. Some hostels are very nice and brilliant. Cleanliness and discipline are the first priority. The course has opened many opportunities for us. Mess food is pretty consistent. Tea is supplied in the evening six days a week, with Fridays are an exception since it is Jummah.

NIT Srinagar is okay I guess.

Infrastructure: Hostels like Manasbal, Jhelum, and girls' hostel are pretty up to standard. The older ones like Chenab and Indus require renovation. Till third year, you stay with more than three roommates, which is good only if you are an extrovert. The mess food is consistent. The college is pretty safe. Don't worry.

I would rate 3.5 out of 5 for the college.

Infrastructure: The quality of the food provided is pretty much average. The hostel facility is quite good. It gives us healthy water. It also provides Wi-Fi per room so that we can use it to gain information from the online portals. Medical facilities are also good.

In conclusion, I would say you should consider this college for your future.

Infrastructure: My department has well-equipped classrooms, a library with a great collection, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Labs have modern equipment, making practical learning smooth. Hostel life is decent, with clean rooms. We have a medical unit as well ambulance facility for any emergency on our college campus. The food in the mess is average but hygienic. Sports and games add to the lively campus life.

Below average student life, average faculty members.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our class are mediocre and quite old. Classrooms are old including rusty attics. Computer labs are good with the latest i7 technology. Wi-Fi facilities are mediocre with low accessibility. Hostel facilities are average. The mess food in the girl's hostel is above average.

Infrastructure: The campus has all kinds of facilities and the college has a very good Wi-Fi speed. Classrooms are very hygiene and are maintained day to day. The college also has a small park for students to relax and study. Hostel facilities are also good. Food is very hygienic. We have all kinds of sports activities.
