It is a good college for focused and dedicated MBA aspirants.
Placements: Placements in the School of Management NIT Warangal are decent, and there is no lack of companies coming to the college with good salary packages. The average salary package offered is around 7-8 LPA in reputed companies such as Deloitte, TCS and Schneider. Compared to the fee for this course, it is a very good value for money. If you are able to prepare well and be industry-ready with the required skills, you can have a good opportunity for placements from this institution.
Infrastructure: The institution offers good hostel and mess facilities. The library is also one of the biggest in India, with a large collection of books from various disciplines. There is ample facility and space for sports and other extracurricular activities, and it is a good place to network.
Faculty: Teachers are well-knowledgeable and qualified, and they go beyond the curriculum to help us to be ready for the industry. They frequently motivate and inspire students, and regular ART sessions with industry professionals and college alumni help to understand the perspective of the industry. The curriculum is relevant to the industry demands and in line with IIMs and IITs. The quarter system adopted by the institution may be hectic and would keep you busy throughout the course duration. I suggest adopting the right attitude when doing the MBA course, which would help you make the most out of the course. Compared to the efforts of students at IIMs and IITs, this quarter system would appear reasonable.
Other: The brand and reputation of NIT Warangal and the expectation of good quality education for any course provided by such an esteemed institution motivated me to choose this institution. Even in online mode, the institution is able to conduct all classes effectively and complete the syllabus without any issues, and continuous evaluation helps us to keep up with the course. Clubs give another opportunity to develop new skills in communication and problem-solving, which play an important role during placements. I wish to provide the subscription of Harvard case studies which would be helpful for students and adopt the use of excel and spreadsheets for solving all problems as part of the curriculum as it is followed by other institutions and is the need of the hour.

A great chance to prove your talents. Specially very cost effective.
Placements: I am still student. Marketing, hr, finance will be a top role. Faculty personally take a good care of each and every student. Opportunity to prove is adequately found here. Internship facilities are provided specially for summer internships and also faculty help us to actively apply for new companies.
Infrastructure: Hostels are great and food is good. All facilities such as labs, classes, Wi-Fi and library are so better. NIT campus is so beautiful filled with trees and when you just visit out of GATE there is chain of restaurants in walkable distance. And hostel building are newly built and no more than two persons in each room with attach bathroom.
Faculty: Pass percentage depends upon the student involvement. But I can tell you this faculty always around to help and mostly exam questions are very interesting and I am really glad to be part of this institution. There is a constant discussion about case studies in groups among students that help each and everyone in overall point.
Other: Weekly webinars for students to keep up with general knowledge and develop new skill Sets.

An amazing journey towards an excellent business and management career ahead.
Placements: Roles offered are as Business Analyst, Consultants, manages with respect to the marketing, finance and HR. The different companies which come for recruitment include Deloitte, TCS, afcons, infovity, India mart, Schinder, Quixy, adhani ports, Wipro, zl technologies, blend 360, oxane, visitex etc.
Infrastructure: We have AC classrooms, well-equipped lab, and an excellent ambience with a green corridor. The department is even famous for its green initiatives. The examination halls and the seminar halls are well-equipped with the projectors and AC's with other facilities too .
Faculty: The faculty in this department has a different areas of expeditors starting from economics, marketing, business analytical, HR, finance, IT and supply chain. The quarter system will help the students to gain ample amount of knowledge in the wide areas of business.

It is a good college to opt for MBA studies.
Placements: Placements of SOM NIT Warangal are quite good, but students have to work hard to get placed. Any company that comes to college must offer a salary package of at least 3.5 LPA. The placement team supports students a lot. Equal chances are provided to all MBA majors, and marketing students are highly supported.
Infrastructure: Due to covid, we haven't visited the college, but we heard from our seniors that it is overwhelming. Classrooms are quite good, and all facilities are provided. Hostels and mess facilities are better compared to other colleges. There is the availability of Wi-Fi and an e-library on the campus.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, and most of the faculty members share notes and classroom recordings if needed. For every 3 students, there is a faculty member who acts as a mentor. This curriculum is relevant to the industry. It helps us a lot with a series of case study practices to understand the market. Instead of having the semester system, SOM NIT Warangal follows the quarter system, i.e., 4 quarters in 1 year. There is no mid-exam, but due to the new education policy, there are many projects assignments and tests.
Other: Many extra co-curricular activities are happening regularly, and with the Abhiyan club and ART team, we get to interact with people who are the best in their fields every week. CURA is the SOM NIT Warangal management fest which is organised every year.

A great place to learn and excel in our career.
Placements: School of Management has a good placement record with reasonable to good pay packages when compared to the B-schools of similar standards. Every year, nearly 80% of the students get placed in different companies, including MNCs and start-ups with return on investment (ROI) counting at least twice for sure. Usually, the students get placed into entry-level management roles like management trainee (MT), business development associate/executive (BDA/BDE), business analyst B.A. etc. , depending on their respective specializations. To make a note, there are a lot of students who got 4-5 times on their investment as their ROI here and are in top positions now (purely based on the student's caliber and capabilities). .
Infrastructure: This is a completely Wi-Fi enabled school with two air-conditioned digital classrooms which can accommodate 60-65 students each. Also, there is an analytics lab with 30 computers in which high-end statistical software packages like SPSS, AMOS (for structural equation modeling), and R programming are installed. The department and institute libraries have a sufficient volume of management books and a digital library platform "MyLoft" to access the research papers published in top journals that can serve the purpose of a management student to have advanced learning.
Faculty: The school has a very good faculty with excellent teaching and learning skills. All the faculty are Ph.D. holders with high teaching experience and have very good knowledge and command of the subjects they teach. The curriculum here is very broad and offers huge scope to learn different management subjects irrespective of the student specialisation. Also, there will be such rigor to make a management student adapt to any kind of situation to handle the stress, pressures, and difficulties they may face in the role of employee later. This will make the students habituate to being ahead or meeting the deadlines at work. Though some students feel it as a burden or pressure or whatever, it is the student who is going to benefit by the end of the course.
Other: The very best thing about this course is that it offers a dual specialisation with a wide spectrum of subjects to learn and excel in multiple streams at once. This will help the students in applying for multiple job roles in different streams. The school conducts an exclusive management fest named CURA in which hundreds of students from various B-schools come here to participate in the numerous management events. Also, the students of the school run a club named "Abhiyan club" where students of this school conduct and participate actively in various activities to learn and share their KSAs.

    Hi, NITW only accepts applications from B.tech graduates with CAT and MAT score but you can always crosscheck it with the college for confirmation.
