Q:   How can I get into NMAM Institute of Technology for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?
A: 
NMAM Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

M.E./M.TechCandidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score.
MCACandidate should have studied Maths at 10+2 stage or at graduation level.
B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer with the mentioned marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University.
Q:   Is NMAM Institute of Technology hard to get?
A: 

Generally, NMAM Institute of Technology does not have very high stipulation when it comes to admissions, albeit the several degree courses it may admit may be moderately competitive. The KCET or COMEDK entrance examination scores are usually the requirement to attend undergraduate classes like B.Tech. If a student wants to pursue his or her education from the KCET then the general range of the rank is between 10000-20000 depending on the branch such as Computer Science Engineering or others, where as for the other branches more rank is required. Regarding COMEDK, students preferred ranks are between 5000 to 12000 for admission to the best branches. The institute also looks into the academic performance in the qualification exams. Its acceptance rate is about 60-70%, so it is not very selective, yet, the prospective student has to engage in constant studying and preparing for entrance exams.

Step 4: Counseling – In accordance with eligibility, attend counseling meetings.

Step 5: Document Verification – Pay fees, Verify documents.

NMAM Institute of Technology.
Placements: 90 percent of students are placed in my course in my college. The highest package is 50 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA, offered in my course. 40 percent of students got internships from my course.
Infrastructure: In my college, the facilities are good, and the infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is provided. The labs are good and provide AC and a projector. Classrooms are good and have AC and a projector. The library is good and provides many books. In the hostel, the quality of food is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and helpful. Faculty members are very knowledgeable and qualified for teaching. The teaching quality is good, and we are approached by students in a friendly manner. In the semester, we have conducted two mid exams and one final exam. The pass percentage of exams is 40 percent.

Placements: Our college offers all related courses in B.Tech, BE, and M.Tech. The highest package is 1 CPA, the average is 30 LPA, and the lowest is 10 LPA. Top companies like Toyota, Fath Automation, etc., recruit here. The top offered role is Manager.
Infrastructure: North Indian and South Indian foods are available with great rooms and attached bathrooms, and wardens are friendly. Rules and discipline should be followed in the canteen as well as in the college. 24*7 current will be available, there is no power cut, and internet is available. .
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced, and every teacher has completed a Ph.D. Their quality is better than that of other colleges. After every semester, they provide internships to help us become industry-ready. The pass percentage is 60%, and exams are easy, you can easily score up to 80% in college.

NMAMIT - A review of the engineering college in Nitte.
Placements: The college placement was not cent percent. But placements were good for IT branches, but not as good for non-IT branches. The highest package was 25 LPA, and the lowest package was nearly 3 LPA. The average was about 8 LPA. The internship started in the 8th semester.
Infrastructure: The college facilities were good in terms of ambiance and infrastructure. The quality of hostels was good in terms of facilities. The quality of food was good, with both North-Indian and South-Indian menus available. The hostel was near the college and good in terms of safety.
Faculty: The teaching and non-teaching staff were good in terms of approachability. The course was relevant in terms of IT needs. But students had to take additional courses to improve their own skills, as the college provided a basic curriculum. Overall, it was good. The course was good.

A short review of NMAM Institute of Technology.
Placements: 80-90% of my seniors got placed in multinational companies. The average package is 11 LPA, and the highest package is 53 LPA. Many Japanese companies visit the college for placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are decent. The campus is spread over 100 acres and a playground is also available there. Classrooms are good for the strength of 75 students. A library is also provided. There are many hostels for 1st-year students and one separate block is provided. There are 7 blocks. Two mess facilities are available for students, i.e., North and South.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good, and it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams are somewhat difficult. The pass percentage is 80%. Faculty members are good. They have a lot of experience.

It is an encouraging college with a lot of facilities.
Placements: Even though I completed my bachelor's degree with the placement I am not satisfied with the salary package, so I aimed to do masters in the specialisation of machine design. I learned a lot of skills and underwent a lot of training at the college. Now, I have been placed in ABB company as a design engineer with a starting salary of 8.3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Students' securities are prior when compared to all other things. Security cameras and guards are located all over the campus and in the hostel areas. Wardens and in-charge staff members are appointed in the hostel to maintain student entry and the existing database throughout the day.
Faculty: Exams are conducted twice a year. Semester academic results are more important and based on such scores, training will be given to the students. For toppers, less training will be provided. For below-average students, extra classes are provided.

Honest Review About NMAMIT
Placements: Many students join this college because of its placement records. Almost 85% of the students got placed during my time. Even branches like EE and EC have good placement opportunities. The highest package is 53 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Juniper Network, HPE, etc., visit the campus.
Infrastructure: The campus has a good and well-maintained green campus. Most of the classrooms are air-conditioned and have good infrastructure as well. Labs are well-maintained with good quality infrastructure. The library has a good collection of both technical and non-technical books. The hostel also provides clean and healthy three meals a day.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders and have a good grip on the subject they are teaching. Only a few lecturers make us mug up things before the day of the exam because of their poor level of teaching. There are 2 MSEs of 20 marks each and one SEE of 100 marks. Exams are of moderate difficulty.
