Overall, it is a good college.
Placements: Almost 85% of students took the course. The starting salary for a staff nurse is about 40k and the highest is >80k. Both central government and state government staff are recruited. All students pursuing the course can apply for an internship at a government hospital. The top role is nursing superintendent.
Infrastructure: A proper classroom and skill lab are provided for students. A good library with a series of books is also available. Hostel food is average and considerably more money is charged per student. The college is in a residential setting. Students are not allowed to go out every day; they can only get out on weekends.
Faculty: Teachers are good in both practicals and theory but not so knowledgeable. It is a good course but we need some more quality curriculum in order to make students more skilled. Semester exams are relevant and the passing percentage is 50%. Students must pass the practical examination.
Other: Nursing is a novel profession with a better salary. We can provide all-around care to patients. Betterment in intellectual as well as extracurricular activities.

Well-maintained but strict. It is a promising college and they will teach you the value of time.
Placements: It is a government college. We get internships and we have to apply for one more form where we will be getting a placement as a government nurse in different regions of West Bengal. There are many courses available in the college you can opt for a B.Sc. and M.Sc. You will be offered some amount of money during the internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained and clean but the hostel washrooms are the least thing you would want to go on the campus, due to the high iron in water the washrooms have been damped. The water isn't too good. Classrooms are big but Wi-Fi is not available. You are mostly not allowed to your cell phones during classes. If you stay in a hostel then it is a whole kind of new rule and regulation.
Faculty: Teachers are good but also some of the tough subjects are taught by external teachers, who are called from different institutes. The college follows the West Bengal health and sciences curriculum as written. Semester exams are easy, mostly the internal exams are easy but the one we have to study for university is kind of tough.
Other: Different types of events and programs go on almost every month. We celebrate various kinds of celebration days, Pujas, and extra curricular activities. We are sent for various rallies and also we have yearly picnics or excursions.
