Good faculty and placements with decent infrastructure.
Placements: In my 2023 passing outing batch around 80 percent of students were placed form my course. The highest package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest package was 2.5 LPA, and the average package was around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and local companies.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good for our course and department. Labs were well-equipped with computers and equipment needed for practicals. Classrooms were spacious with proper seating and a projector facility. The library had many books, journals, and a Wi-Fi facility was available across campus. Hostel rooms were clean and well-maintained. Mess food quality was average but hygienic and 3 times food was provided. Canteen food was tasty and affordable. Medical room with basic facilities was available on campus. A sports ground and indoor games facility were also present for students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was good and they explained concepts clearly with examples. The course curriculum was relevant to current industry needs and included practical subjects which made students industry-ready. Semester exams were of a moderate level not very difficult but not easy. Pass percentage in our batch was around 80-85 percent. Overall faculty and curriculum helped us in learning and career growth.
Other: I chose this course because it has a good career scope and job opportunities in future. The best things about my course were experienced faculty, practical labs, and good placement support. The campus crowd was friendly and helpful. The college organised an annual fest and cultural events every year which were enjoyable. Connectivity to the city and transport were good. I wish college would improve placement training and add more industry visits. Scholarship was available for eligible students and extracurricular activities like sports were encouraged. Overall a good experience on campus.
